For people with short dimensions, it is too long. It won't fit properly and it cannot be cut. But the material is hard enough to last a long use.

It depends on what you need it for. It doesn't give me the firm support I need after surgery and it keeps sliding and rolling up, constantly adjusting it. Very annoying! So I just use it when I sleep for a little extra support, it's comfortable for that. The sizing is good for plus size people. I won't use this one for work because it doesn't give enough support! Bought a better one with strips in it to prevent rolling up that has much more support than this one for the lower back and abdomen for less money...go figure! ... show more

Product wad shipped on time and was as described. Unfortunately, it doesn’t provide enough support as it is a stretchy mesh like material. I purchased it for my husband who has an umbilical hernia and thought it would help because it was so stretchy. The all over stretch was great in that it went all the way around his belly but it was too stretchy/loose to provide a proper hold to support his hernia. After a month of use, the wrap began breaking down and the plastic? material inside began splintering along the fabric causing it to scratch and poke at the skin of the person wearing it. I wasn't sure if this would help me or not with the hernia I have just above my belly button, but it actually works very well. I use this when cutting and splitting firewood, and it really helps a lot.
