We ordered 2 of these. Assembly was easy and the associated app relatively easy to use. Quality seems very good and they are sturdy. I like that we can limit the speed as these are for our grandsons. During assembly we noticed that a part was missing from one bike. We contacted the vendor through Amazon and received a prompt response. They requested pictures and information to ensure they knew the right part. They agreed to send it. They maintained communication and sent a shipping tracking number. We received the part today and it was correct. While missing parts are an aggravation, it happens and vendor support makes the difference. Pretty solid. The speed is just right, fast enough to get around but still feels safe. I really like that it has a seat because standing too long can get tiring. Battery life has been really decent so far; I can do a couple of short trips before needing a charge. The app and Bluetooth features are cool, though I don’t use them much. It folds up easily which is a big plus for storing in my trunk. One thing I noticed is the ride can be a little bumpy on rough pavement, but for city streets and sidewalks it’s smooth.
