These digestive capsules have helped a great deal with flareups of MS and connective tissue disorder that affects everything. Being an older American, I appreciate the fact that my digestion is slowing down so I found preventive measures that are helpful. It also helps the liver with its bile, and the pancreas with insulin resistance problems during flares. I would recommend people try it for at least two months. Takes a while to get going but worth it.

From an evidence‑based standpoint, berberine is often praised for its role in supporting glucose metabolism, but not all formulations are created equal. This one, for me, clearly landed in the “works as advertised” category. My blood sugar levels feel noticeably more consistent, and that stability has had a ripple effect I didn’t fully expect: better food decisions, especially at night. Historically, nighttime cravings have been my Achilles’ heel. Put me in a room alone with Doritos or a Little Debbie cupcake after 9 p.m. and it’s game over. I’ve long believed that if I could eliminate ravenous nighttime snacking, I’d be walking around with the physique of a Greek god—or at least a well‑trained demigod. As a full time working mom of 2 kids, it was a struggle to get through every day. I was constantly exhausted, no matter how much sleep I got and literally just felt like I was drained all of the time. This stuff is a GAME CHANGER.. I am not diabetic and would like to watch my A1C and weight. I was taking two a day and saw a tv show that said that we should have at least 1200mg per day of Berberine. I started taking (4) a day and my stomach felt like an incinerator every night. Not doing that again. I used up the bottle in a month and loss weight afterwards. Now something is trying to make me gain the weight back. Have to put this Berberine on pause and do my due diligence.
