Features 9
- Compatible with Android and iOS: Quickly pair the FineTrack Duo Air Tracker Tag with your iPhone or Android phone in just one tap. Using the Apple Find My app or Google Find Hub App, add the Air Tracker tag to the Items tab to instantly locate and track your keys, wallet, and other valuables. You can also share your tracker’s location with family members, so everyone can help keep items safe. (Note: Cannot pair with iOS and Android devices simultaneously.)
- Smart Tracking Made Easy: Whether the Bluetooth Android Tracker Tags is nearby or far away, locate it easily with the Find My or Find Hub app. When within Bluetooth range, play a sound to quickly find the item tracker tag; when out of range, the app will use the vast ecosystem of IOS or Android devices to provide the item finder’s latest location. Enjoy global tracking with Apple Find My or Google Find Hub app without any subscription fees
- Lost Item Alerts & Lost Mode: When your key finder moves out of range, the app sends a lost alert with the last known location. If your item is confirmed lost, you can activate Lost Mode and leave your contact information so nearby Apple or Android devices can remotely access it and help locate your tracker, making recovery quick and easy. (The above functions for Android devices need to activate Lost Mode before use.)
- 365 Days Battery with USB-C Charging: The Smart tag charges via a universal USB-C port—no magnetic charger or disposable batteries needed. This rechargeable air tracker tag is designed for long-term reliability and sustainability. One full charge powers up to 1-year of continuous use, so you can say goodbye to frequent recharging or battery replacements. Comes with a protective dust plug to seal the USB-C charging port, preventing dirt or moisture from entering and ensuring your smart tag stays durable and reliable wherever you go.
- Your Privacy, Fully Protected: Certified by Apple and Google, this Bluetooth find my tracker uses end-to-end encryption to keep your location data private and secure. All communications are anonymous and encrypted, and no location data is stored on the device. Even if your item is lost, your information remains protected and cannot be accessed without your permission — not by Apple, Google, the manufacturer, or any third party
- Tip1:The Android Tracker Tags does not support cross-platform use and can only be connected to one platform at a time (iOS or Android); location cannot be shared or synced between iOS and Android apps
- Tip2:Google Find Hub does not support loss reports; it can only be set to Lost Mode, which sendsnotifications to your phone when other Android devices are nearby
- Tip3:Certain features like location sharing require system version, iOS devices require iOS 17 or later, and Android devices require Android 9.0 or later. Please check your device system version before purchasing
- Tip4：If you are using an Android phone and find that the locator and phone are separated and the location is not updating, you need to: Open Find HUB --> Tap Settings --> Tap Find Center --> Allow device location (tap to turn on) --> Tap Find Offline Devices --> (Select) Use Find Center network in all areas

Great (yet “frustrating”) working device – Caveats and Work Arounds (for Android)
The UGREEN Android tracker is a solid little device once you get past the initial setup quirks. The hardware works well, the tracking is reliable, and the battery life seems strong. But getting it connected—especially on newer Android versions—can take a little patience. (BTW, same experience with UGREEN FineTrack Slim G) Setup Experience I ran into several issues on Android 16. The device wouldn’t pair, and I eventually discovered that once successfully paired it automatically binds itself to the phone’s primary Google account (the one used during initial phone setup). If you use multiple Google accounts on your device, this may not be the account you want to use with the tracker. What Finally Worked After some trial and error, here’s the process that got mine working consistently: 1. Reset the tracker (optional if starting with older Android OS) • Click the button twice → 1 short beep • Hold for ~10 seconds → 5 beeps, then two double beeps • Release → 4 beeps This puts the device back into pairing mode. 2. Pair it using an older Android device If you have an older phone available, pairing through that device seems to bypass the Android 16 issue. 3. Confirm the correct Google account in Find My Device / Find My Hub Make sure the tracker is linked to the Google account you intend to use. If not, look for device in the phones main Google account and perform step #4. 4. (Optional) Share the tracker with another Google account If you want it accessible from a different account, sharing works smoothly once the initial pairing is done. Bottom Line: The UGREEN tracker is a good product with a frustrating setup on newer Android versions. Once connected, it performs exactly as advertised—but expect to spend a few minutes getting it paired correctly if your phone runs Android 16 or uses multiple Google accounts.

Should have gotten this a long time ago!
I definitely like these trackers! - It come with 4 in a pack. - Rechargeable, comes with a chord. - It has long range, I left one at my job and went home (15 miles apart) , I saw it updates to show where it was last detected on the map. It relies on crowdsourced network ( meaning other people nearby using their android phones/ iphones). - Sound beeping was loud enough for me to find where its located. - Setup was easy with google findhub (im a android user). - Comes with 2 year warranty. - Most importantly : no subscription. - If I can think of any improvement. Each one should come with a keychain split ring, instead of the mini lanyards that it includes (it unscrews easily). Most people with keys have them already, but just in case. - I wish they offered different colors for the trackers. So far, so good. I plan on buying more!

Reliable trackers with effortless setup
After 9 months with the UGREEN Finder Duo, these trackers have proven dependable and very easy to live with. Setup: Pairing and configuration are quick and simple, with no delays. They arrive fully charged, so they’re ready to use right away. Battery and charging: Battery life is long. A charging cable is included, but any standard USB-C charger works when they need a top-up. Strap: The thin strap is a plus for me because it stays low-profile. However, with heavy use, such as on a keychain, it can unscrew and the tracker falls off. This has happened to me a couple of times. Verdict: Excellent trackers with strong battery life and hassle-free setup. The strap’s tendency to loosen is the only real drawback, so check it regularly if you use it on keys. Pros y Contras: ✅ Long battery life ✅ Arrive fully charged ✅ Charge with any USB-C charger ✅ Quick, easy setup and pairing ✅ Thin, low-profile strap ❌ The strap can unscrew with heavy use, and the tracker falls off (happened a couple of times in 9 months)

Good Dual-Platform Trackers, But One Dud in My Pack
Overall, I’ve been pretty happy with these. Being able to use them with either iOS or Android is a big plus, especially if you don’t want to be locked into one ecosystem. Three of the four trackers in my pack have been great. Battery life has been very good, lasting many weeks or longer between charges. Unfortunately, the fourth one has been defective since the beginning. Its battery dies within just a few days while the others keep going. They use a built-in rechargeable battery and charge with USB-C, which is convenient. That said, after having one with a bad battery right out of the box, I’m not sure rechargeable is actually an advantage here. I might prefer a standard replaceable battery that could simply be swapped out if it starts having problems. Another thing to be aware of is that there isn’t a separate UGREEN companion app with extra features. They work through Apple Find My or Google Find Hub, which is fine for locating an item, but there’s no additional left-behind alert from UGREEN itself. I contacted UGREEN about the defective tracker under warranty and haven’t received a response yet, which is disappointing. Aside from the one bad unit, the other three have worked very well. I like the iOS/Android flexibility, but the battery issue and lack of a left-behind feature keep these from being a five-star product for me.

Cool little trackers, lots of goodies!
I like these can be used with both the Android Find Hub and the iPhone Fine My apps. They come with a ton of documentation, stickers, usb-c port dust covers, a cable to charge them, lanyards! Easy to set up and compact form factor. I like they can be recharged. My last trackers wouldn't respond after they died and the battery was replaced so I have much higher expectations for these. The instructions were great for resetting them, connecting to both Android and Apple apps was a breeze. Loud tones of various frequency and lights to help find them. They look good too!

These work well. Rechargeable is very handy and ecological.
These work well. Rechargeable is very handy and ecological. Easy to install app and link up with phone; easy to name each tracker individually. Can work with either Android or Apple, but not simultaneously, as known in advance.

Unexpectedly durable
Haven't had these for long, but they already proved their worth with only one complaint. My boyfriend is a truck driver and keeps one on his keyring. The little lanyard loop included in the box comes loose very easily (would not recommend using it). Checked the tag and it showed that it fell off in the truck yard in the morning. At the end of his shift when he was able to look for it, he found it in the dirt. Run over by dump trucks, still fully functional. The button is a little hard to press now but it was able to be tracked down, beep, land the plug protecting the charging port was still in place. Very impressed for the priced

Great cheaper option to find items
This is great for our family as I have a android and wife and iPhone. This is nice as it works for both phones. This fit the needs of our family as we have a little one that moves our keys frequently. This is loud enough to be heard in another room and help guide you to getting closer. The value is great compared to other name brand trackers but may lose a little functionality. Setup was quick and easy following instructions. NOTE- this can only work with one operating system at a time. One device is not connected to both phones. Other call out. This is good to find item, this does not have reverse find capability for phone as other do have.
