This screen is the perfect size to use in my hot tub. It works in my stock tank pool too! Easy to store because it hardly takes up any space. It is so easy to use and not cumbersome like some of the long poles would be. It is just the right size and skims the water perfectly. Good and solid.

Got this for my hot tub because I had the dreaded "white mold" which when I look at my water under sunlight has some very fine particles floating around that my existing skimmer would allow to pass right through...and that skimmer was about 500 micron. This is great- it gets really, really fine particles out, it almost looks like a paper towel filter. I am guessing maybe 250 micron but it did not state the actual. Overall, particle that look as small as grains of sand I can get now. Super happy, would buy again. And make sure to shock your tub water weekly or you will live the H**l that i have been with this crud lol ... show more

The scoop is well made. The screening Is very fine mesh. The frame around the screen is heavy plastic. The scoop is sold with a short pole. Perfect for use while in the pool. The handle on the scoop allows the scoop to be attached to your longer pool poles. Very fine quality for a low price.
