Even though the pole is split into short pieces, they go together easily and once assembled it seems to be sufficiently rigid. We haven't used it yet but I think it will be perfect for removing leaves fro our small pond. The net is deep enough to keep leaves from sliding off yet shallow enough to make emptying the debris easily.

This was the best and least expensive hand-held pool cleaner net I could find, and it is perfect because you can make it short or long, is lightweight, and easy to handle. It can collect little bugs as well as leaves. I liked it so much that I ordered a second one.

This is very cheaply made. The pool net is very flimsy and bends every time it touches the water. I did give it 3 stars because the pole is very long and I do not have to be inside the pool to clean it. It does get the job done but it’s just not very sturdy.

This is a decent pool net for the price. The pole comes in separate segments and you have to assemble it. For that reason, it is somewhat flimsy when you use it.
