I loved my old one that I had for 9 years, the old one started to delaminate and crack. I will tell you, this is by far the best above ground pool vac head I have used. Easy to use and just heavy enough to stay on the bottom. I like how the brushes are placed, makes picking up dirt and debris easy. Works great, sweeping is easy across pool floor. Design allows getting into the curves of the pool and along the sides. We like the amount of brushes on the face of the cleaning head.

The flexible bumper came off within 15-20 minutes of use. It is kept on by adhesive. A few of the cleaning bristles came off as well. I have an inground pool with waterline tile and a Diamond Brite finish. This product is not easy to maneuver on the Diamond Brite finish at all. Yes, it is weighted, but it will fall off the wall on the way down if you do not apply sufficient pressure to counter this. I think that the design could be flawed. It would likely benefit from a back or top flipper to prevent falling off walls, or a superior bumper to improve the maneuverability. I am sorry to write a negative review, but I needed this to work because of time constraints. Maybe I received a lemon…it happens. I will return it. I will not seek a replacement. I will not purchase this item again. The box says designed in the USA, and made in China.
