Very surprised at the quality of this vacuum hose. Definitely not cheap material. Solid. So far it works well. Tough to roll up. The ends do not swivel. I'm mainly using it as a backwash hose for my semi inground pool. Also to drain excessive rain water out thru the skimmer, without the pump running. I always read reviews before purchasing anything. The main complaint was the hose tends to keep its curly property which I never encountered. I unwrapped it, laid it out for an hour or two and I’ve never had problems with it curling back up. Works great

Well, I had high hopes for this, especially with the swivel on the vacuum end. However, it would not let the pool vac (navigator) sit flat on the bottom. Even when held down to get the suction, when let go, the hose would lift the vac off the bottom again. Also, the swivel was not free enough to keep the hose from coiling up.
