This thing feels nice and sturdy and I’ve got 4 rowdy boys that like to hold wrestling matches on our trampolines! The last one we had didn’t last 6 months! We have high hopes for this one as it feels SO much sturdier! They are loving the basketball hoop too. The company has the number and email for customer service right on the front of the instructions so have no fear about contacting them for any reason. I accidentally broke one of the little basketball hoop holders off of the ring and they sent out a whole new ring quick as can be. They stand by their product! So great!

This trampoline is very well built. Just be aware that there is a definite inside to the leg brackets so the assembly bolts line up properly. This trampoline is similar quality to the ones we've jumped on at the local Safari Trampoline Park! We ran into a problem right after assembling the trampoline with wind blowing it over and damaging it. Customer Service was in contact immediately and offered replacement parts. We are made whole! The Trampoline is back together! Much appreciated! Highly recommend this company for your backyard! Strong enough to handle the whole family!

Bought for my grandson for Christmas 2021 and it has been great! We got this as a Christmas gift for our son but waited for the harder winter months to be over before putting it up. When we finally started to put it up some pieces broke. There was a phone number on the box but nobody ever answers. I wasn't ever able to speak with an actual person. I had to find my order on Amazon and message the company that way. I did receive an answer pretty fast and was told replacement parts would be shipped out. The parts arrived but they were the wrong size ( probably for a much smaller trampoline). I sent a message again and was sent the correct size bars but without the T-shaped connectors. I messaged again and was sent the connetors. We finally were able to put it together almost all the way but we were missing the pole top attachments to secure the net, and we realized we were missing the net and ball for the basketball hoop. I messaged again and they sent the missing parts. We finally were able to complete our trampoline. It looks great and our son is having a lot of fun on it. So all in all between messaging customer service and waiting for shipments it took us about 2.5-3 months to finally complete this trampoline. Great finished product, fast customer service through messaging on Amazon, but what a headache. And they only offered us $20 back for the inconveniences.
