Great little seating area for the price point. So far so good. I have a little bit of a concern with the table top stating it can only handle certain levels of temperature because I live in a part of the country that can be 109° or -40° depending on season. We’ll see how that shakes out. This set was pretty easy to put together by myself with the exception of: once the large sofa sections are together they’re supposed to be bolted to one another, and the hardware provided is not long enough to accomplish this. It was also very difficult to get some of the hardware screwed into their receiving holes, and overall I probably have four different screws that aren’t tightened down completely. I can’t speak to waterproof ability because I have already used waterproofing spray on all of the pillows. ... show more

Took a little patience to assemble. Not hard, just took a little time. Very sturdy. I would suggest purchasing extra pillow stuffing to fluff up the pillows for the back. I just used my kids unloved squishmellows 🤣 now the pillows are super comfy.

This is a great L-shaped couch for the money. The pictures accurately depict what you get. I thought it was a little short, but everything is proportional (so the table is short and the couch is short - so that when you sit everything is at a normal height). I guess I was surprised as my kitchen table and indoor couches are taller. Again, just not what I was expecting but the couches and table are fine. It is pretty comfortable and was what we were looking for. It is as described and came in four boxes that two (or one strong person) can deal with. I would say the stools are sturdy, but if a large person sat on them I suspect the wicker wouldn't hold (but the metal frame would. The couch has a metal frame and is sturdy too. It took me 1.5 hours to put together and there are ~100 bolts to tighten. I did the three stools as this took half of the panels and bolts. I also took my angle grinder and cut the Allen wrenches into a bit so that I could put them in my drill gun - that greatly reduces tightening time. Hand tighten all bolts and then drill if you are doing it this way so you don't strip out bolts. The directions are okay and have a few mistakes (and there is white-out correction that are still wrong - but not gravely). The L-shaped couch is three sections and each section is slightly different. I suggest constructing all three sections and then mock up the couch to see if you put all the panels in the right spot. Lastly, the couch is 71 L x 84 W x 27 H. The covers with 'bought together' had covers that were too small or wrong size. ... show more

This is a good design and overall size for our space. Love the dining table and ottomans and colors. This seems very sturdy so far but haven’t had it very long yet. The seat cushions are a good comfortable height/amount of fluffiness. The only reason I wouldn’t rate it higher is because the back cushions are super thin! And the pillow cushions allow enough space for a thicker pillow, so I’m not sure why these aren’t thicker for more support. I had to buy additional pillow inserts to add the amount of support needed to sit properly and to fill the pillows. Once I did, it looks great and works really well, though for the amount of money spent, shouldn’t have had to do that. Assembly took a little bit of time due to some of the pre-drilled holes not matching up perfectly and some difficulty to get things to line up, but made it work. I was hesitant to purchase, the reviews are a mixed bag and I knew if I didn’t like it re-packaging and returning something this size would be hard. BUT THIS SET CAME THROUGH! I am so pleased with the overall look and quality! Some people said it’s very small, but it’s not.. it’s perfect for lounge/conversation. In my pic you can see where it sits compared to a standard patio chair (maybe 1.5 inches lower). I was pleasantly surprised at how solid/sturdy it is, and in general it’s just great. Took about 4 hours to assemble.. so have time on your hands and a beer. The ottomans were the worst, 24+ screws each. But the directions were not bad at all and very self explanatory. The true test with this set will be the test of time. As long as I get 2 summers out of it, I’m good. I’ll update at the end of this summer season and share how it held up. At the end of the day, this is very comparable to the $2400 set I was looking at, at Menards.. but I got this set + the umbrella + 2 extra pillows + rug for about $1000 altogether (umbrella and rug not bought on Amazon). GREAT BUY. EDIT 5/22/23: one year later and it’s held up great!! Had a bbq this past weekend and am still getting compliments on my setup. This was a good purchase 🙌🏽 ... show more

There are 4 boxes, have to have a drill with the right allen or a ratchet makes things so much simpler. others are right, the pillows do not stay in place, but not a big deal. Really a great deal when compared to other sets like this at 1200+. Very happy with purchase, hard to believe everything you buy anymore has to be off line even large pieces such as this. ... show more
