Goldfish Plant (Nematanthus glabra) Native to tropical America, the goldfish plant belongs to the same family as African violets and gloxinias. The flowers look just like goldfish without fins. This is a classic plant for a hanging basket. It grows best indoors in bright filtered light, or outside in a warm sheltered position, but it is frost tender. Water your goldfish plant well in the growing season, but keep it fairly dry during the winter months. Tip prune after flowering to maintain size and shape.

Overall plants were in good shape. I had to wash, treat and repot immediately. One of the plants had spider mites and mealybugs. Fingers crossed I can get rid of them.

I was so excited to get these plants! They seemed to ship well but I did notice that one plant didn't look as healthy as the other and I was worried that it might not make it. It didn't make it but I still have one plant growing nicely. I'm glad it was a 2-pack!
