Costa Farms never lets me down. This snake plant came healthy and budding a new leaf. Even after the travel and the soil being shaken around the box due to its commute (in no way Costa Farms issues or problem nor a complaint from me. It’s expected). The soil is now bone dry and my new plat day later is happy and thriving. They are pretty much the only place on Amazon I trust to order plants from. The prices are already decent and the sales allow you to get the one plant you might have been wanting but not ready to spend so much on. This is my experience it’s doesn’t negate anyone else’s. I was a little nervous about ordering a plant to be shipped. After not being able to find this type of plant locally I gave it a shot. I needed something for low light, easy care, and liked that it was one of the best for cleaning the air. I was pleasantly surprised when the plant arrived healthy, at least to my brown thumb eyes. If not for the broken planter pot on arrival, I'd give Costa Farms a 5-star review. The plant itself was in perfect condition, and larger than I expected. All was packaged very well, but when removing the inner pot and the wrapping around the planter pot, it fell apart immediately - it had broken off in one large piece. There was a miniscule amount of soil in the pot, just from me lifting it out, so that was packaged very well - they even had a little heat pack in there, which did a great job of keeping the soil moist and ready to just place where I needed it to. Love the plant but I can only assume the box was upside down, tossed, maybe used for batting practice?! Very little soil left in planter - big mess inside the box. One leaf broken in half. However difficult this poor plant's journey was - it is very healthy and the clay planter is adorable.
