I’ve had these for almost a year and am so obsessed, I wear them almost every day. They are super light weight but still provide good support. I’ve worn them on tough hikes and they are super breathable and still in good shape. Love the simple black and white color and fit is amazing. Love these shoes they are at an amazing price from what I’ve seen in stores. They are great for walking I went walking 2 miles yesterday and my feel felt fine. I’m not sure about running yet but so far so good. I wish I had gotten my actual size in stead of sizing up I wear a 6 but I ordered a 6.5 so I say get your regular size. They’re not big nor do they run big but a tad bigger then I like. ... show more

These shoes lasted me for about 4 years in great condition as someone who walks a lot and wears the same shoes everyday. I did notice wear at the top where my toe rubs after about a year and now there is a small hole you can see my sock. I use them now for painting and yard work.

I had a major ankle injury and broke the lower part of my fibula about a year ago in conjunction with rearranging some of the bones in my ankle to boot. Most sneakers I had purchased I needed to wear a brace with or I had a lot of pain. I have been wearing these sneakers on walks, about 7,000-10,000 steps per day and I don’t have a lot of pain ( if any at all), even without a brace. My feet feel supported. I usually buy Nike running shoes because I have back issues and my job requires me to be on my feet all day long. Nike running shoes are light and have a nice cushion/ shock absorber for my back. I have never tried this version of Nike, but I have to say I love them! The inner soul insert is amazing (I found it odd at first and thought it was missing😂). I am also an avid walker and I found that the inner insert provides traction when you’re walking fast and when you’re walking up hills. Just love it light, airy and a great price!!! ... show more

This is my third pair of Nike Free 5.0. They are my favorite sprinting shoes. In addition to the flexibility of the sole, I love that the heel portion of the shoe does not dig into my achilles tendon as do many other shoes. This allows me to put in reasonable mileage per week and to wear the shoes under many circumstances. I have even taken these shoes to the top of Colorado 14ers and they were no worse for the wear even under very rocky and jagged terrain. The shoes performed well in the mountains and hugged the rock in a natural capacity. Lateral movement is fantastic and I have walked stairs with up to 100 lbs on my back without feeling unsafe. Lateral movement improvements have to do with the fact that the shoe does not slide off my foot as other shoes have in the past. ... show more

I bought these for work. I’m on my feet 12 shifts. My foot is wide . Im happy with the shoes just my feet do get sore at my toes cause of my feet being wide. Great price and nice looking . Good Quality
