This arm trainer feels like a cheap piece of junk. The materials are low quality, rigid, and make creaking noises when flexed. Adjusting the settings is awkward, you have to jam your thumb into it, and it doesn’t move smoothly. Overall, it’s uncomfortable to use and poorly made. Definitely not worth the hype.
