This is a great workout tool. I like the comfortable grips and it is easy to put together. It is also small enough to travel with. Only downside is that the increments truly are 30lbs of resistance apart so it can feel like a lower increment is too easy and a higher one is too difficult. That said, the listing is up front about this so 4.5 stars!

The product is honestly awesome. my only complaint would be that the rubbers on the springs are getting kinked and broken after a few uses on the inner setting for both tension types. I get why it's breaking the foam up as it's pinching each time with the spring but otherwise the product works as intended.

Amazing, I tore my left rotator cuff bench pressing November 25’ and turned down the surgery and literally got myself back to form with simple and this outstanding tool of this Twister Arm Trainer it saved me thousands in debt and now I’m back to benching 285lbs. Size, versatility & durability are all amazing so if you’re having any kind of shoulder or arm problems or looking too add another great workout to your routine then please buy the Twister!!!!!

Easy to assemble and excellent build to handle all that work and resistance, it seems as if the product will last for years, for the fair price one shouldn't have to replace it but if over the years a new one is needed it will not break the bank. My limbs are the wrong size for curls, but I'm sure everybody else does the curl exercise flawlessly. The Nooncrazy is comfortable although the force coming back off the part A of the exercise (given every exercise has a part A and a part B the comeback part) is considerable and requires some adjustment to not hurt to the point of discontinuing exercise. It's important to understand that this device can take someone with lesser strength and build strength for them, so every level can benefit. If there are persons that can blast through these with ease would be totally amazing then try the second set of resistance bars for the incredibly strong individuals. The design is genius and very portable can go anywhere, and one can get your repetitions on. In such a short time muscles may need to rest 24 hours. Even if a person is weak or sick I believe this product can get chi flowing for healing.

Not for people with bad or injury to elbows. It does work the chest back and arms but will cause some elb pain if you have arthritis or something else wrong with your elbows
