The watch has many many many fun things to do and the headphones have a volume control toggle on them so it's not too loud in the child's ears. It doesn't take long to fully charge and is very durable with drops, bumps, and bangs. I totally recommend

This is NOT a smartwatch If you're looking for a cheaper end smartwatch for kids between 10-13 that they can connect to their phones music player and audible for audiobooks, there's a price comparable option here on Amazon that is ACTUALLY a smartwatch; keep looking. If you're looking for a toy with a 90s era webcam quality camera, preloaded games (both "educational" and not), preloaded audiobooks like the emperor's new clothes and the boy who cried wolf, preloaded music along the lines of the itsy bitsy spider and the ABCs, and generic watch things (time, stop watch, calendar) plus the ability to connect to a computer via USB to load your own music then this is perfect for you. It does not connect to your phone, it has no Bluetooth capabilities, and it feels clunky like toy cameras and phones tend to, ie heavy, cheap plastic Great gift for younger kids, the headphones aren't great but they work and look cool for kids, not a great loss when it inevitably gets lost or broken, or quits functioning. I bought it thinking it was a cheaper end smartwatch that my kids could connect to their cheaper end phones as a more school/travel friendly way of listening to their music and audiobooks while eliminating the temptation of goofing around on YouTube or mobile games, matching headphones seemed like an awesome plus, and I wouldn't consistently be worried about and/or warning them about the watches getting lost or broken. I'm going to give them the option of keeping them for the headphones and getting a better watch in a few weeks or returning them immediately to exchange for actual smart watches. I bought this for my 5 yr old Grandson. and he absolutely loves it, he NEVER hardly takes it off, even sleeps with it on and half the time keeps the headphones around his neck as well, lol... I bought it mainly to help him calm down when he is anxious and or maybe angry, it has def. helped, He also wanted his own watch.. Has MANY functions to keep a childs attention and some learning functions. I would buy this again and again for as much as it has on it for the price, so I would def. recommend it..
