Easy to assemble. Good build quality. The connections are a little loose but still work well. I bought this to work on my chest and biceps. It works quite well for chest but not for biceps. I think it would be good for arms if you arm length matches the bar, otherwise it's awkward to use. The springs creaked when I first used it but some dry lube solved the problem.

I was hesitant, thinking it was another gimmicky training device. Had it for about a month now and very glad. I'm a Senior and find it by far the most convenient and quick way to work on chest, shoulders, upper back. Take your time, try the recommended sets and experiment around & make up your own. I've found areas I can get a burn in that would be difficult with dumbbells. Also it strengthens, stretches hard to get at ligaments, joints etc. simply because of its resistanc mechanism can be lessened or strengthened instantly by you! I have no idea how it may compare with its competitors, but I think its great so far. only had it a month is reason for 4 stars, no idea how long it will last.

The arm trainer works great. I ordered the 20-60lb to start out. Don’t go too high up on the pounds, because it will be very hard bend. You will also hurt yourself trying to use it, like I did a few months ago. I was trying to use a heavy resistance one, not knowing about the different pound levels. So start with a low to medium pound trainer and work your way up to the heavier pound resistance. I do highly recommend it, and will be ordering one with the next level of resistance in the near future.

LOVE THIS PRODUCT!!! Been using it everyday since I got it. Even took it with me while I was on vacation. I gave it four stars instead of five cause I’ve only had it a couple of weeks and the protective cover on both springs is sliding off in the same direction. Efforts to slide them back is not working. Is there a way to slide them back? Otherwise this is an EXCELLENT product.
