I have been taking these for about 4 months and it wasn’t what I thought. First taking three pills is a task in itself, so be ready for that. I don’t know what it is about turmeric but when i sweat I can smell it coming through my pores. That’s right I know you might have not thought this before, but it is true. After about 3 months of use I can now smell a difference of my body Oder. I will say this this is old when I’m at the gym in intense exercise. I go to the gym 4-6 times a week and train intensively. It’s when I sweat off most of my deodorants that I can smell the turmeric sweat mixture that isn’t pleasant. However, with proper hygiene and deodorant this is not an issue in my everyday life or at the gym. Just something that I wasn’t expecting. Last thing, be carful when you start taking this because it stains your fingers and can get everywhere. I really like the ingredients in this supplement. I also like the fact that it is a fully standardized turmeric supplement which is hard to find. The company has a solid reputation, so I have every reason to believe this is a quality supplement. Unfortunately, there seems to be some sort of packaging issue where either some of the capsules break open, or loose powder is being packed with the capsules. Whatever the cause, by the time I got to the end of the bottle, I just could not imagine buying it again. Just too much of a hassle to deal with the loose orange powder. ... show more
