Honest review of Turmeric Curcumin with BioPerine & Ginger 95% Standardized Curcuminoids 1950mg - Black Pepper for Max Absorption, Natural Joint Support, Nature's Tumeric Extract Supplement Non-GMO - 120 Capsules @ $15.68 at time of purchase. I have had several knee injuries throughout my lifetime. Plus, I am in my mid-60’s. My knees have hurt at times ever since the injuries and worsen with age. I also have a hip joint that was discovered to have not grown together properly as it should have. This causes back and hip joint issues at times. A friend that has spent time in India told me that after his time there, he began taking Turmeric supplements due to positive experiences from an extended stay in India where they season most of what they eat with Turmeric and don’t have nearly the joint issues as what we Americans do. My friend told me that Turmeric has helped him a great deal with knee pains he sometimes experiences. This is made in the USA. Likes: Amazon Prime shipping, returns and replacement available. Lower price for repeat ordering as a subscription. Supports a small business. It was well sealed, and I felt it was safely shipped. There was no residue in the bottle or on the capsules. Made and distributed in the USA. Dislikes: I took all the recommended daily dosage (3 capsules) on an empty stomach with water, and I experienced heartburn. I will have to take it with meals from now on. I don’t like to have to take something several times per day and prefer all at the same time, so I don’t forget or lose track. Mehs: The price for the recommended 30-day supply is not terribly expensive. Buying a larger quantity discounts the price more, but I want to see if it helps first. One can find regular turmeric supplements cheaper, but with it including the BioPerine at comparable strengths, this product is quite competitive. It will just take time to see if this helps. Hopefully this review helps someone decide about this product.

Like others who have purchased this product, I too experience arthritic pain (thank you breakdancing of my youth). These do help ease pain - especially if you are committed to taking multiple a day to maximize effectiveness and absorbency. Turmeric is best absorbed (like vitamin D) with fatty foods. So it is best to consume these with food like eggs, avocados, etc. While I do notice a difference in my pain, I noticed the largest difference in my acne. I break open a capsule and stir it into one egg yolk. I apply that mask to my face and leave it for about thirty minutes. I have struggled with cystic acne for over ten years and this has made a massive difference - especially in my dark spots from healing blemishes. I still have a breakout here and there but nothing close to where it was. I haven't explored other brands but don't see a need to. This brand works really well and I'm planning on sticking to it. PROS: Effective pain relief. Natural remedy. Great for acne when mixed into a face mask. CONS: You will need to take multiple capsules per day to notice a considerable reduction in pain. You need to make sure you're consuming some healthy fatty foods with this too for maximum absorbancy.

I have been using this product for probably over a year now and when I bought it I didn’t really have high expectations. I was checking out products that could be good for my joint pain from arthritis and just picked out this one to try after reading reviews. I can’t say that this has helped my joint pains but OMG have my nails grown. I have had bad fingernails for years, when I was younger I had nice nails but after having kids and house work etc… they would crack, chip and split and I am talking the last 30+ years. I don’t know what it in this this capsule that has strengthened my nails but they don’t spilt or chip anymore. One time I bought a different brand of the same supplement and within a few weeks my nails were starting to to chip and split again so I know this is the product working for me. I don’t know if this would help anyone else but it is worth a try, I plan to stay on it. I think the bottle says three capsules a day but I take one in the morning and one at night.
