I go back on them in about 2 days my pain goes down to a 1 from a 6 or so. These absolutely make my should pain way more bareable. Using a pain scale of 1 - 10, with 10 being the highest, these provide me inflammation related pain relief when my pain is anywhere from a 1-6 (discomfort - moderate pain). I've purchased multiple times because they work for me. I do wish they were more compact, but I get that it's probably about a teaspoon of turmeric not counting for the curcumin, and the number of capsules and their size tracks for how many you need to carry around/on hand when out in the community. ... show more
