Was surprised how well built the unit is. Arrived undamaged on a pallet and installation was fairly easy. The unit has the ability to control your pool pump also. I connected both my pool pump and salt system bypassing my current timer, that was a mistake. Found the app to be fairly nice, however quickly learned that the if the temperature set it reached, the heater AND the pump powers off. Contacted the company to see if there was a work-a-round and found there is not. Going to re-wire pump/salt unit to the old timer. All and all, it's a nice unit, just wish I could control the pump separately from the app. ... show more

Installed it and it would not power up. This is a big heavy unit and inconvenient to do replacements if you have to ship it back. Shipping weight is 300lbs. Panel would not power up and no indications of failure. Very Frustrating - QA/QC seems lacking. Measured supply voltage with a meter and it was 239 volts. The panel has an extendable cable which in theory is a good idea until you realize the cable will be dangling around the components inside when the panel is put back in holder. ... show more

The first one they sent didn’t work but they sent a replacement and it works great. Kept the pool at 84 in the AZ winter no problem.
