My granddaughter has been wanting to learn more about bee keeping. This suit is very good for the price. Other reviews spoke of bad gloves but I was very satisfied with these gloves. This suit would probably work well for a size 7-12 child. We did have a problem with the zipper on the hood. It did not work properly. The suit is a great fit for our nine year old. He does have to wear a baseball cap under the hood to keep it away from his face and the gloves are way to thin. Definitely buy a better set of gloves somewhere else if you get this suit.

Excellent suit from my limited knowledge. The gloves are adult sized, which is mentioned in other reviews. All in all, a good deal if your kiddo wants to be close when you are opening your hive.
