Dislikes, assembly and the lack of instructions concerning which length screws went where. Also, the one size fits all washers were too large and too small. But, once getting past the assembly, the overall design and comfort of this chair is great!

Really great chair for the price . My teenage son assembled it in less than twenty minutes. The chair is comfortable. I like the seat, it is soft. The caster on the chair roll evenly and smoothly. The back support does well for me and overall I am pretty happy with the purchase.

Absolutely do not buy this product. I bought it for a home office and after having it just over a month the seat cushion flatted completely, leaving me sitting on the hard wood. I continued to use the chair since it was a $50 investment and worked fine other than the cushion up until this week when one leg cracked. I tried to reinforce the leg to get me by but within a day or two a second leg had cracked and broke off completely. This product is a waste of money since it’s clearly such low quality. I purchased this chair for my son for virtual learning to pair with his desk and he loves it. It's spacious with the arm rest and the padding is thick enough for comfort. He loves that he can lean back in it and have the support for his back. It was very easy to assemble.

    • The most uncomfortable office chair I ever sat in.
The picture of this chair makes the seat look like it is very thick and comfortable. Realistically only the front of the seat is 3" the rest is only 2". The seat is hard as a rock. Not happy with this purchase at all.
