I received the 4 wheel dollies and when I went tot use them one of the dollies did not "Lyft" the wheel, it was like the hydraulic valve did not work. I reached out to the company (with a video) and their response was excellent. They resent two new products. I returned the defective one as well as one good one (didn't need a "5th wheel." Outstanding customer service.

With a 4,000 lbs boat and trailer, I tried four of these to move it in my garage. Should be able to handle 6,000 lbs (1,500 x 4) but two grown men could not move it on a flat concrete floor. Dealing with the seller has been futile. Money down the drain.

Ordered for my car in storage. Stellar product! My dad saw it and wanted a set. I ordered a set of the 4 car dollies for him. 1 of the 4 has a problem with hydraulics. The company sent me a new set of 4 immediately. Great, right? Now. Can’t get the proper UPS labels to return the defective set. These are too expensive to get charged for three sets!
