I ordered this kind of heater in the past and they were all pretty much the same, but this year (winter 2023/24) I had to make three attempts before I found this brand. I have two of the TrustTech brand now and just ordered a third one. My experience with the other brands I ordered was: the first brand was loud and emitted cold air on the left side, the second brand had screws floating around in its interior and the fan in there had come loose when I received it, the third brand had hot air on the right side and a lot of cold air blowing on the left side - at the same time!! THIS ONE REALLY WORKS :) The quality of the two I have of the TrustTech brand has been consistent so far. Warm on the entire surface on the Heat #1 setting, very warm and cozy and quiet (which is very important to me when I am working). 4 stars since the remote doesn't work. Replaced battery, still nothing. Would also be nice if it rotated a little more than it does. Otherwise, nice unit, the fake flame is a little over the top but can be shut off. Puts out pretty fair amount of heat. Relatively quiet. Bad remote isnt a deal breaker to us. ... show more

Is a nice little heater. I use it at my office space and it heats the space enough to sit comfortably. As the size is small, it is good enough to be used by one person and does the job properly. Have been using it since 2022.

I wanted to use this product as a space heater in the master bathroom in the mornings. When I received it I assembled it according to the instructions and proceeded to try out all of the functions. IT produced sufficient heat however the oscillation function did not work. Contacted the customer service people to try and resolve the issue. After I explained to them that I could not attach 75 mb videos to the email I sent them 3 videos via my cell phone. They acknowledged that they received the videos via the cell phone I get another email want me to attach 75 mb plus videos to the email after I had already sent it via cellphone. After a week of trying to get a solution to this issue I finally gave up and sent it back. trustech@afterservice.vip is not someone that I want to deal with anymore. One more point, If you cannot find customer service people that can speak plain English then it will make it very difficult to try and resolve issues when it is hard to understand what someone is trying to say. ... show more

This is very compact and you wouldn't think it would crank out as much heat for it's size but it DOES! When I pick it up with the indented handle, it immediately stops but starts back up when I put it down again - good safety feature. The controls are easy to read and adjust. Great buy!

This little heater is fantastic and has lasted, to my surprise. Puts out a decent amount of heat and has proven to be durable. I highly recommend is little portable heater. I would purchase again.
