W&N oil paint is certainly not the highest quality, and depending on one’s perspective, there may be several points of criticism. However, W&N’s strength lies in the consistency of its quality. There are, of course, other premium brands made with higher-grade materials that W&N does not offer, but to me, W&N is the most standard, good-value paint. Terra Rosa. One of the very best fully opaque single pigment oil paint colors on the market. The handling and covering power is perfect. This mixing friendly orange is a "go to" color. It is always part of my basic palette. If you like mixing beautiful blacks and pastel oranges; this is the one to have.
