I really liked the efficiency of the shipping company. They were very accommodating and easy to talk to. The delivery was perfect and the driver was so polite and helpful. The only recommendation that I have is for the company to state somewhere in the description of the batteries that the batteries come with a lifting strap. Arrived on time in a ice storm!! Batteries had enough charge I was able to use immediately. Extremely satisfied with every aspect of the purchased. This is over 400 lbs so be aware when ordering.

Let me start by saying the product isn't bad the replacement batteries have been in a few weeks and seem like they're holding up. However I ordered a 6 pack and was delivered a letter saying they're back ordered, not unusual. However delivery of the letter marked the order complete... After handling that issue, 1 of the 6 was delivered with a hole in the side. So now I'm dealing with another complication. Start to now in total has been over 90days. Customer service seems to have open communication but little ability or options in the way of help without waiting an annoying amount of time. But the batteries that made it seem to be doing ok ... show more
