I use these to go over the headboard for my bed. Simple to install. The extending arms are nice & snug. Not loose & flimsy. The remote is extremely easy to set up and takes about 20 seconds! It also has multiple options for using after set up. Individual or dual lights with touch of one button.

Pro's: -Looks really nice & has a long extended reach (I got the 16.2"). -The ability to change color range is great. -Dimming capability is also very useful. -It's a plug in cord, so you don't have to wire it yourself. Cons: -The On/Off controller (which is also the dimming switch) is located on the wall panel, so it's not nearly as easy to power on, or adjust as it would be if the switch were out near the bulb. Our previous one had the traditional switch below the bulb & I didn't realize how much further it is to stretch that far (especially if you might have health/back issues). So some people will have to get out of bed to operate it. -The dimmer doesn't really do much until you get it turned up above about 60/70%- and I have a 100W LED bulb installed (yes, it's dimmable). ... show more

I like the lamps and the light it gives off. It was not hard to put up if your doing the plug in part. Disklike: I ordered the lamps and when putting up the lamps found out one of the lamps straight up did not work. I contacted support and I was able to get a replacement but the replacement had the same issue with only one of the lamps working . This second set also had one bad lightbulb and was missing the batteries for the remote. Please test your lamps before boxing from the company please and as a buyer please test the lightbulbs and lamps before screwing it to your wall. Thank you. ... show more
