Features

  • Built-In Backup Iron Sights: Rear iron sights are CNC-milled directly into the Nautilus2 optic housing - no bolted-on accessories, no extra parts to buy or align. If your dot washes out or the battery dies mid-string, your backup sighting system is already there, already zeroed. For concealed carry and defensive handgun use, that redundancy is not optional - it is engineered in from day one
  • True RMSc Direct Mount - No Adapters Needed: The Nautilus2 uses a true RMSc/407K/507K footprint and mounts directly to RMSc-cut slides including the Glock 43X MOS, P365, and Hellcat - no adapter plates needed for a secure, repeatable fit. Every production batch is stress-tested on a recoil-simulation rig replicating .50 BMG impulse, so your zero holds through full-caliber pistol recoil and hot handgun loads without compromise
  • 10 Brightness Settings with Daylight Mode: All 10 brightness levels are tunable from low-light dawn sessions to full midday sun, with a daylight-rated maximum that keeps your 3 MOA dot crisp and visible against bright backgrounds. Shake Awake motion-activation powers the optic on the instant you draw from the holster; when holstered and idle, it sleeps to conserve power. Pair that with a 50,000-hour battery life and your CCW optic is always ready without constant battery swaps
  • Rugged Concealed Carry Construction: The Nautilus2 is CNC-machined from 6061-T6 aircraft-grade aluminum for impact resistance, rated IP64 for dust ingress protection and water spray resistance, and weighs just 4.66 oz so it disappears on your slide without adding carry fatigue. Every production batch receives a batch control number and is recoil-tested on a .50 BMG impulse simulation rig before it ships - duty carry, daily CCW, and range abuse covered
  • Multi-Coated Glass Lens for Any Condition: Anti-reflective and hydrophobic coatings cut glare in bright light, shed water in rain, and keep your sight picture clean from low-light dawn drills to midday range sessions. The 3 MOA reticle delivers a crisp, fast-acquisition dot sized for defensive distances without obscuring your target - purpose-built for competitive shooting, home defense, and duty optic use across any condition

  • Great Value, Great Sight
Probably the best rmsc sight for the price, very hard to beat and very happy with it. Feels very solid when mounted and the red dot is good to perfect to me in various lighting situations. It’s as advertised.

  • Excellent quality for ANY price.
Quality is excellent. Triton is punching WAY above their weight class with the Nautilus. Quality felt better than a brand new holosun out of the box, for less than half of the price. I’ll be coming back for more when the RMR size is back in stock.

  • Nice Optic
Fits very well. Holds zero. Shake awake. Make sure to put some blue Loctite on the base.

  • Good Value
Hello again guys and gals. I’m here to give you a review of the Triton Nautilus red dot. If you read my other Triton review on the LPVO called the Ronin you know I am starting to like this product line. You also know that I was building an AR-15 chambered in 6.8 MM Remington. I bought the first optic and was so impressed with the 78$ 1-6x20 scope, I decided to buy another one. Well, I had an 800$ budget for this gun and I was well under budget because I got the gun for under 420$ on a drop shipper site and the other accessories , fore grip, flashlight ( Fenix), grip plug with storage, flip up iron sights and .sling came in at another 150$. So I was at 570$ and was pretty satisfied when the 78$ scope performed the way it did. So in total it's about 650$ in the gun at that point. I was just going to wrap it up at that point . However, my son made a passing comment that he wanted a reflex sight as a backup. So, I said what the heck, I’ll set it up that way. So, I bought the Nautilus and mounted it with a scope rail I had from some past build. Here is my experience with the Nautilus. Ruggedness. : I test everything optics when I buy it. Two basic tests: the dunk test. I dunk it in a 5 gallon bucket of water for 20 minutes to test waterproofing. Then I put it in the freezer for twenty minutes to test fogging on the optics. It passed with flying colors. But this little number got an extra test. I took it to the range with two of my buddies. Between all of us we have 68 years of experience of trigger time in the armed forces. One Marine, One Army, and one French Foreign Legion. We flogged this rifle and the optics. We put 225 rounds through the rifle. It did not lose “0”. So, this thing works. Glass: This is where manufacturers usually skimp to hit a price point. The glass is surprisingly clear and is coated. The sight is a little small because it is designed for a pistol. However, it’s supposed to be small. When you hang a sight on a scope, you don’t want it huge because big means weight and snag potential. This is especially important in CQB if you are forced to defend yourself. So- again this thing does what it's supposed to do. The glass is very clear . It’s not quite as clear as a Holosun 407 185$ or a Sig Romeo RS 149$. These were on the AR’s we brought. But it’s pretty damn good. This was something all of us mused about on this thing . How could they get this glass quality in what is essentially a budget red dot? Illumination.. The dot is of course illuminated. At first, I thought the pipper was really fuzzy but when I dialed in the illumination a couple of clicks, it pretty much cleared up. It was still a little vague but not annoyingly so. It also has the added feature of shake awake which is nice for saving battery power. Misc:: The sight comes with 4 packs of screws for mounting, a pic mount, a wrench, and polishing cloth. It did not come with an extra battery like the LPVO. It also has a top mount battery compartment. Somebody had their thinking cap on here because bottom mounts are a pin in the field. The directions, though microscopic, are readable and in English. Pretty impressive I think in a world that wants to charge you for the bolt and the nut. Wrap-up:: The Triton line is a Truglo product and manufactured in China. So, if that is not your thing, know that. However, I’ll say it again. This thing works. It’s not fancy and it's not perfect. However, it hits all the marks for someone who wants value at a reasonable price point. I hope someone from Truglos/ Triton is reading. Folks you got it right. You are going to sell a bunch of these. Heck you sold one to each of my buddies after they put it through its paces at the range Thank you for listening. ... show more

  • Great product, nonexistent customer service(unfortunately) Great product, nonexistent customer service(unfortunately)
The Optic itself works great but the mounting hardware and customer service are the reason for the poor review. The included screws are not long enough to adequately mount the optic to my gun or any gun for that matter. It was being held on by 2 sets of threads and I didn't want to torque it and risk stripping the threads on my gun. I contacted them and got 2 responses but no new screws or even an offer of any kind or resolution after 10 whole days. So I went and bought my own screws for it at the local hardware shop, they cost 20 cents each. So the difference between a 1 star review and a 5 star review in this situation was a whopping 40 cents, but that was apparently too much for the brand to cough up. ... show more

  • Unbeatable entry level red dot
For the price it’s hard to beat, threw it on my rxm and the fit is great, held zero after a couple hundred rounds and looks incredible on its own. Shake awake works great. For an entry level red dot it’s very impressive.
