Love the wide handle holds a nice grip better than All-you know who with skinny little grip I don't get it. Nice dull metal finish not mirrored. I got the 8 inch to try out. I'm now ordering the 10 and 12 inch. I'm a professional chef and while these are not Demeyere Belgium or Sardel Italia they are great looking and I do like that the handles can be removed for deep cleaning and no rivets on interior of the pan. They are super great looking as well. Now time shall tell but for the reasonable price point. $18.99 for 8 inch and $52.00 for the 10 and 12 inch as a set it's a great value. They are too good looking to bring to restaurant so they will be part of my private home collection. If you are not getting Demeyere, Sardel, Heritage USA or AllClad. By pass every lower to midrange and get these. Tramontina and Cuisinart as well as a few others are very good if you catch them on sale as well but these are better looking and do not have the layered bottom piece in other words the pan is 1 solid piece no attached disc like Cuisinart.

This is an excellent little frying pan. I have an induction hob, and this pan is perfect. The quality is top class, and the heat distribution is fast and even. The handle is comfortable, easy to install, (it comes with it's own little wrench), and does not get hot at all. However, as I like it so much, I looked for a larger pan by Yeksum, and they have them. But I now see that I paid way too much money for the 8" pan, which came without a lid. I could have bought the 8" and 10" together with lids for another $8. I definitely feel cheated by this company.

This pan is awesome as kind as you cook at correct temp. Best to buy a temp gun to get at 340F. Doesn’t distribute perfectly even but you can move the pan over the flame more were it doesn’t temp as quickly. Wash with bar keepers friend and you will keep this pan spotless.

I love this pan and do not have any problems with food sticking but I do not cook my food on high like my husband. The pan will not be user friendly on high heat but does great on medium. Cleans up nice and looks brand new after every use. Would buy again.

I purchased this pan for higher heat stir frys so as to not ruin my non-stick pans and because it doesn't have rivets or fasteners inside the pan to hold the handle on. It is an awesome pan. It heats even, is the perfect shape for swishing and flipping instead of stirring with a utensil and best of all there are no rivets to come loose or trap food.

I very much disliked the pans. They were supposed to be non-stick and they weren't. I used them one time and was very disappointed. Bacon stuck. Cheese stuck. Eggs stuck. Could not wipe them clean. Not worth the price.
