Best investment! Absolutely love this small treadmill. Because it is only 23 inches wide it fits easily in the corner of my home office! I am a senior citizen and was diagnosed with osteoporosis a few weeks ago and my dr suggested I get more walking into my daily routine. This machine has been a blessing for me! I HIGHLY recommend it. It works perfect, speed up to 7, nice and quiet, great sturdy handles to hold on to, emergency stop to clip to my shirt, large LED numbers on the key pad, several pre-set programs, a place for a drink and a book and can fold flat if you want. It arrived pretty much all assembled and there were only a couple of bolts to insert. It was up and running in about ten minutes. If you are looking for a small treadmill for a small space that is simple to use, THIS IS THE ONE! Definitely a five star product with minimum investment.

I was very excited to get this treadmill but that didn't last long. It was very easy to set up but the problem was the belt. It was way too loose and wouldn't tighten. The instruction manual gave separate directions for aligning the belt and tightening the belt. I was able to align the belt using these instructions but couldn't tighten it. When I contacted the company's customer service, they gave me the same instructions for aligning the belt as the manual did. When I tried to explain that I had already aligned it but needed clearer instructions for tightening the belt, the representative simply repeating the same directions as before. I even explained that the manual had different instructions but they weren't clear past removing the motor cover. I was then asked for my email, which she sent the yet again the very same instructions given to me on the phone. I was told to send a video of my issue along with my order number, which I promptly did. However, once she saw that I purchased the treadmill from Amazon, I was then told they could no longer assist me and I would need to contact Amazon for assistance. All I wanted to do was know how to tighten the belt! How can the manufacturer of the product not be able to answer that simple question? To add to the problem, they just say call Amazon for help. If they didn't want people contacting their customer service, the why provide a big card with their number on it inside the packaging?! I am disappointed and disgusted by this company and product. I am returning the treadmill and will find another one, from a different company to purchase. I thought I had found the perfect machine, at a great price, to help with my home rehab process. Instead, I ended up with a headache and a bunch of hassle trying to get a solution to a problem that should be easy to fix. I will never biy from this company again!!

My treadmill would not start. These things happen but it obviously caused concerns. I sent email to support and they responded right away and determined it was a bad unit. They resolved the matter to my satisfaction. Wish every seller acted in this manner.

The media could not be loaded. Great compact treadmill! Packaged very well, super easy to assemble, takes a few minutes. Personally I live in a smaller house, so I love that it is compact and foldable, and it folds super easily. Love the stand for the phone or iPad, as well as the buttons on the handles. It is the surface is not slippery. Easy to run or walk on it. Very sturdy and strong, highly recommend!

Small and compact, this treadmill is perfect for small apartments, or saving space for other things. It's foldable and stowed away within seconds. It's fast enough, 7.5 mph at maximum speed. The shock absorbers in the middle is great for reducing the noise. Assembling is easy, less than 10 minutes for most. Durability remains to be seen for long term use. For the money it can't be beat! Don't forget to lube the running pad with the included oil and you're set! Happy running!
