Love Love Love! Great quality for a home treadmill. I have a walking pad in my office and have wanted a treadmill at home forever. When the Christmas pricing brought this down, my mom bought it for me for Christmas. It's a great value for what you get. It has one manual incline setting. Easy to use; just pop out the legs on the bottom. Instructions for assembly were easy to follow. It comes mostly assembled and only requires a few screws. Folds to about 5 inches flat for easy storage. The handles are a little more cumbersome if you're going to fold it flat every time because you have to use the Allen wrench to almost completely remove the screws holding it in place. My solution is to store upright with just the long bars folded against the treadmill surface. The reason I really love this is it goes up to 8.5 mph. My walking pad tops out at 4 and I never thought I'd need anything faster as that was pretty hard when I started, but now I'm jogging and even running. It's easy to adjust the tension of the belt with the included screw driver. The instructions for how to adjust the belt are extremely easy to follow. I've had it up to 4.5 mph and there's been no slipping or jerking. Controls are on the main display and on the handle bars and are easy to get to. The only thing that I don't love is the safety key and how the treadmill comes to an abrupt stop when it is dislodged. I guess if I lost my balance and fell I'd appreciate it stopping immediately, but I tested it out to see how it worked and it was like falling off a skateboard and not hitting the ground running.

I research most things that I buy. I am old and I know my limitations, what I want, and what I need. I walk 5 miles every day and I'm satisfied at maintaining roughly a 4 mph pace. My balance is poor and outdoors I use hiking poles while on the treadmill. I need handlebars. What does this treadmill not excel with: the pulse reading is wildly inaccurate. What I love: it is very quiet. I walk while listening to podcasts and I can't hear the the tread or motor at all. It is rock, solid stable; and I say that after having had problems with stumbling on a previous treadmill. It is well but and about as attractive as a piece of sports equipment can be.It supports an iPad for watching YouTube videos of guided treadmill walking tours, it supports several external exercise apps, it has an invaluable pause feature, it is easy to keep track of speed, distance, and calories consumed, it allows setting a desired parameter for a specific walk, I may have received the only perfect machine that the company has ever produced, but I literally have not had to make a single adjustment to the balance or the tread in the three weeks. I've been using it for my 5 miles a day. Customer Service answered what is in retrospect a stupid question from me within 24 hours. It's sort of absurd to say the treadmill requires assembly. It's more like taking it out of the box and tightening a couple of screws It is not meant to be run for more than about 45 minutes to an hour at a time. It probably wouldn't work well for runners who want to exceed 5 to 6 mph. It does not provide accurate Heart evaluations. As I said, I knew what I wanted and what I needed, and this treadmill does an excellent job of providing them.

Update 5/12/25: After months of use almost every day, setting it up and taking it back down (it is, after all, portable), the handle became stiff so that we couldn't raise and lower it. My husband discovered that it's a design defect. As you're on it, the lower bolt on the right side that holds the handle was apparently getting tighter and tighter as we raised and lowered the arm. It was in very tight, but my husband finagled it. The bolt and washer could be different than what are included. The bolt should have a shorter thread than it does so that it would only tighten so far and be a swivel point. He used a wrench and almost ruined the bolt because it had gotten so tight. It's working now that he managed to loosen it, but we may replace the bolt with shorter thread if we can find one. Just know this and watch for it getting tighter and loosen it before it gets so tight. The other side, is getting looser, but isn't, at least so far, in any danger of falling out. We will be watching it closer now. It could have been greased or they could have used different bolt, perhaps a nut, and a different washer. I looked and looked for a small treadmill that I could use for after I have surgery later this month. The doctor wants me walking right away, 60-90 minutes each day. I wanted something small enough to move downstairs once I recover, but that could be adjusted to be flat, without an incline, and had adjustable speed. Nothing fancy. I preferred something with longer handles for rehabilitation, but those all had very mixed reviews and were heavier. Most didn’t adjust to walk flat. This one is about as perfect for my purposes as I think is available, and reasonably priced. Not too many bells and whistles. The only other thing I really wanted was a heart rate monitor, but I have my Fitbit, so I’ll be fine. The incline adjustment is really basic and a little wonky, but for my size and weight it’s fine. Speaking of which, I’m just over 5 feet tall, 135 pounds, and this unit fits me perfectly. I don’t plan to run on it. It will be for rehabilitation and then for bad weather days to get my walks in. I’ve tried it a few times since it arrived. I have traditionally had back pain on treadmills. I used to have a much bigger one and have tried them at the gym. I have a little of that with this if it’s on an incline, but not as much when it’s flat. We will see how it goes. It’s not the same as walking outside, but should be good for its purpose. It was easy to assemble, my husband was pleasantly surprised. I need his help to fold and unfold, but it’s not bad at all. I wish the on/off switch was up on the monitor instead of the bottom of the unit, especially while I’m healing, but that’s minor. So far, I recommend this unit.

This is a great treadmill if you want something to walk on. I haven't tried running on it so I can't say how it would work for that. It is small enough that I can put it in a corner of my bedroom with no problems. It was easy to put together and is easy to fold up for storage. It doesn't fit under my bed, but will go in the closet with ease. Great for the price!

I do not recommend ordering this treadmill. I have had this treadmill for just a couple of days and every time I have used it there has been numerous times where the machine bogged down (slowed tremendously for a couple seconds and picked right back up). During a walk it is just a jolt that I have been able to recover from, however, during my jog I lost my balance and nearly fell off the machine. I just attempted a 1 mile walk and the treadmill bogged down 4 times (speed 2.7). I do not consider this to be a safe treadmill. I have requested a return/refund for this item; I will update how well this process goes. For reference I weight 126 lbs. This is not an issue of weight vs machine.

Love the treadmill, it is the perfect compact size and I am a very tall person. Only reason I gave it 3 stars is because the ad says it comes with FREE Zwift & Kino-Map Apps. There was nothing included for these apps. If they actually come through and provide the free apps, I will update my review. Just disappointing when they says something is included but you have to chase after it!
