Seriously surprised by this machine! It is way stronger than I expected. Usually, when you buy something like this, it always has a cheap feeling, and this Trademill didn't. I have walked for an hour and a half with no kick back from the belt. There have been times I've gotten on a treadmill, and after so long, the belt starts to kick back, making my knee jerk. I weighed 245 when I got things down to 210 now, and still no belt slippage. Runs great! i like how the treadmill locks in place on its own, and all it takes is a small tap to the post, and it slowly lowers down. The size of it when folded up is minimal, but you have to remember it is a treadmill! Putting it together was way easier than I thought. This is the perfect product for a 70 senior. Stride and width of the belt is more than adequate and the handles make it safe. The motor noise is basically nonexistent listening to the TV at my normal volume. The minimal assembly was easy. Folding the machine was easy and unfolding was by the press of the shoe tip to the release bar. Built in wheels makes moving it easy. The power incline is stellar compared to what a manuel incline would have been. Bought this for walking(not running). Pleasantly surprised as to how sturdy it is. There are 2 cup holders and a phone holder and the display and controls for speed and incline are conveniently placed. The unit is about 98 pounds so I had to have help to get it in the house(if I was younger, same problem). I highly recommend for the price and uncertainty of how much you would use it. I am not a runner, just a walker, but I bought this treadmill so I could get some exercise in colder weather or when I get home and it's too dark to go out for a walk. I did a lot of research before choosing this treadmill. One of the main features I wanted was the wider walking belt. The value for the money is a real plus! I like the arms it has for comfort and stability and I'm confident my mom can use it safely. I also like the option to fold it for storage, but I plan to leave it where it is. It's big for my living room, but a perfect size for me. I love that it can work with 2 apps, I love that I can connect my music from my phone via bluetooth, I love the incline options and the pacing options. I am so excited to start using my treadmill! I had a few bumps in the road to start, but I contacted the seller and they worked with me to ensure I could get my treadmill up and running. Treadmill was easy to put together. It seems to be pretty sturdy. The only issue I have is I am unable to use it due to an error code of E08. It will turn on but the belt does not move. E08 is not listed in the manual under the list of error codes but after a little Google searching it seems to have something to do with the motor. If it is able to be repaired it would most likely be a great treadmill. Update: I emailed customer service and got in contact with Amy. She helped me to figure out what was wrong with the treadmill and sent out the replacement part. Once I got the new part and followed the instructional video provided I was able to get the treadmill up and running. Customer service is exceptional. I'm looking forward to using the treadmill and testing out all of the features. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Air cushion comfort up to 15 degrees, adjustable, going up to 10 miles while holding weight of up to 300 lb, so this is a treadmill for every one, it takes out little space on the floor and the running surface is fifty by almost 20 inches, the tablet holder hold an Ipad very well and in place during the whole work out, making the work out more fun playing my own list of music videos or reading a book. It can also be paired with my phone so I can keep up with my phone calls and getting back to the ipad, I can read emails too! The clamp that holds the Ipad is strong and smooth so it doe snot scratch my Ipad There is a convenient charging port and a pause button too It also features the device tray where the tablet can be placed. The treadmill is also foldable and can be felt "standing" against the wall, it has a soft drop/folding system, this is convenient for small spaces or for cleaning, I love that because in this way the robot vacuum goes all around picking up all cat hair too :) It goes from 0.6 miles all the way up to 10 miles per hour, I did not get to go that fast, yet this is an awesome feature for the pro runners, be belt is wide enough to give great stability too! ... show more

The only issue is the size of the running surface is a bit small for my size, 5'9", I keep hitting the back roller, so I might just use it for walking.
