I am very happy with this machine. It is a great value for the price because you get so many things in one. You can walk with a hill (up to 9% incline) to make it harder, and you can take the desk on and off. That means you can work while you walk, or just use it as a normal walking pad. The screen is very pretty and easy to read—it shows your speed, time, distance, and calories like a car dashboard. The walking belt is long and wide (43.5 inches long, 16.5 inches wide), so my feet have plenty of room. I can walk fast or run a little without feeling squished. OK. I don't ever write reviews because things have to either be surprisingly great or so bad I feel like a review is my personal responsibility as a warning to others. In this case, I'm happy to say it's surprisingly great. • Purchase + Setup I purchased this treadmill Feb 3 of 2026. I'm very active, and I usually work out at the gym. I have some equipment at home, but when I purchased this, I couldn't lift due to an injury, and I was training for a 10k. It was a very cold winter, and I really just don't like running outside (I'm in the southern US, so it's either hot, raining, or freezing), but I didn't want to drive to the gym just to run. I thought having a machine at home would make training for my 10k more consistent, and it would make easy exercise more accessible to my family as well. It isn't a lightweight machine. The box is heavy. That said, once you have it out of the box, it isn't difficult to move around since it has wheels at the front. Set-up is really, really easy. To the point where I had to make sure I didn't miss anything because it was fast. I purchased a small pad to go under it, but I also have it on carpet, so I don't think I need it. That said, if you're putting it on hard flooring, I'd find a little gym mat to protect your floor. • Use If you're someone who wants a treadmill for running, this probably isn't the one for you, unless you're like me and your max distance pace is under 6 mph. You can definitely walk on this treadmill. You can absolutely jog on this treadmill. And if you're a slow runner like me who doesn't maintain a 6.0 pace for longer than a mile, you can run on this treadmill. If you want to do HIIT with fast sprints, get another machine. This machine does go over 6.0 miles per hour, but I wouldn't feel comfortable going faster for long, not because it's cheap or poor quality, but because it's meant to be lightweight and movable, which means it's just not heavy enough to be used as that kind of cardio equipment. Since I purchased it, I've averaged 15-20 miles a week on this machine. Most of my mileage is walking -- 3.5-4.0 mph for 90 minutes or so. I walk either at the lowest incline or the second incline (there are 3 levels, and you set it manually with a little pin in both wheels, so pick one you'll stick with; you won't want to mess with it mid-walk like you can with bigger treadmills). Since I purchased it, I've put roughly 660 miles on it; my husband and daughter probably add another 100, and it still works flawlessly. It's not fancy or showy, but it's easy to use, and it works consistently -- exactly what you could ask for from a <$300 treadmill. It isn't a silent machine. It also isn't the loudest machine I've used. If you're looking for a treadmill that will be set up above a nursery, look elsewhere. If you're in an apartment with thin ceilings, I'll leave that up to you. My point is, while the noise isn't outrageous under normal circumstances and it can be dampened with carpet or a mat, if there is anything/anyone below you that would be hypersensitive to noise, it may not be the best (but I also don't know what treadmill wouldn't make some kind of noise in that regard). In my experience, the noise hasn't been an issue whether I'm the one on it or the one hearing it. • Accessories Since I mostly walk, I usually have the little desk attached. It's easy to remove if I want to run (and easier to adjust during a session, unlike the incline). I find it's a good size, too. I often use my laptop while walking (literally doing that right now) and never had an issue. I did not get the version with a remote. I would have liked to, but it felt like something that would get lost, so I opted for no remote and saved that money. That said, if you don't lose remotes like my family does, it'd be totally worth it. • Why 4 stars then? Really, it's a 4.5-star product for me, but I rounded down because I couldn't round up to 5 stars since I do have a couple of things I wish it had. As a note, I try to add critique that makes sense for the price point. In this case, some things I'd like are missing, but they wouldn't be at this price point, so I'm not including them as a critique (like Apple Watch connectivity, Bluetooth, heart rate, etc.). I would have liked it if the handles/desk height could be adjusted. I don't think that's something that would have pushed this to another price point. I don't mean huge adjustments, but maybe like 3 height options, the way the incline is set up. This would be especially helpful when using the desk. The other thing I would have liked to see is a workout history view. They've programmed in different workouts, and while I'm not a tech wiz by any means, I'd think the tech inside this treadmill would be capable of holding at least a short history of mileage. If a $20 blood pressure machine can give me 30 of my most recent readings, I can't imagine it would be difficult or expensive to include mileage history. The incline aspect is kind of a pain. You have to remove a pin, adjust the wheel, insert a pin, then adjust the rest of the treadmill's feet to level it. There are 2 pins, 2 wheels, and 4 feet. That said, I do not consider this a miss. It is kind of annoying, yes. But it makes sense for the price point. I add it here because it's worth knowing up front. I didn't realize how the incline worked before I bought it. I probably would have bought it anyway, but I missed it on the front end. In summary, I am very happy with this purchase given the price point and design. Great product for great workouts

It works perfect for me. At 5 ft 8 and about 185 lb I was looking for an inclining walking pad that will allow me to walk at faster pace for 45-60 minutes with no issues -I have no running interest in it so not sure how will perform for running but as it is sturdy and no wobbling I think will work great. This treadmill is, for my needs, exactly what I was looking for. It is not noisy, it's length is perfect for my stride, the handle bars are great for my height (I did not use the worktable as I have no interest in that, but for anyone who just wants to walk and work I think will be just as great. Overall this is a great treadmill for a home office. The quality of the walking/running experience is great, the belt and pad itself are durable and sturdy while walking or running. The touch comtrols are responsive and big enough to avoid mis-touches. Minus 2 stars though because the arms/desk wobble a bit too much, making it really difficult to get any work done or read without causing a headache or eye strain. The other reason for deducting 2 stars is the misleading height measurement. The listing says it is 43 inches high, but that is the height of the top of the LED screen. The removable desk height is only 38.5 inches. As someone who's 5'7", it's way too low for even me and I could feel the neck strain looking down after 30 minutes of use. ... show more

This is a fantastic treadmill! We originally ordered an inexpensive $100 one and felt like it was too short (I felt like I was going to step off the back) and it seemed to struggle when we were walking on it. I am 5’9 and my husband is 6’0. We both have a pretty long stride so we wanted a treadmill with a long walking pad. This one is 15.5in wide and 44in long. It’s really easy to move, setup and take down. It is a little heavier than some others but my husband and I can both move it on our own. Comes fully assembled. It’s a really nice mid ground between the cheaper walking pads and a full treadmill. We have used it everyday for a month with no issues. ... show more

This is perfect! Not a huge bulky treadmill, has the little desk top attachment so you can do things while walking! Get that! Has the little flip up things to stop your phone or tablet or PC from sliding off. Terrific little features! I have very old hardwood floors, so I did get a thin, black, foam thing to protect my floor and help with any vibration or noise, but it is Quiet already. I walk, I do not run at 63! Ha! This will cushion your joints better than walking on concrete or asphalt. Get one! You will love it! ... show more

Writing this after a few weeks of use. I feel that I got exactly what I paid for - pretty easy to take out of the box and set up. Walking feels good and controls are easy to use. The incline is a bit of a pain but easy enough to adjust manually if I want to. The tray is really nice. It's way too low for me (5'10") but I'm not knocking any stars since all of the measurements were available before purchase. The longest I've used it was like 40 minutes so I haven't had any overheating issues. A few people mentioned that it changes speed randomly. I think this issue is just the result of a super sensitive touch pad so I cannot lean a tablet or phone up against the console since it touches the buttons. A bit of a bummer but not that big of a deal. I don't think it would feel great to run on this but walking at 4.0 feels fine. Definitely get a pad for it, especially if you have carpet. ... show more
