I purchased this treadmill after returning another that I purchased (name starts with Y). I could not even assemble the one sent back because the screws did not line up with the receiving nut. I emailed and called their support and received no response. Now, the good news! The Borgusi came very well packaged and there was no in-transit damage. After unpacking the unit, it took me only a matter of minutes to assemble it. I was pleased to note the very sturdy construction of the unit and the ease in which it took to get it in operational condition. The unit is very quiet and we appreciate that the belt is longer and wider than other units we evaluated. It is easy to walk at a quick pace without fear of drifting to one side or the other. There is an inherent slope to the unit and I contacted the manufacturer to see if there was some way to make it completely level. I received this response very promptly: Hello. Thank you for choosing our product. Regarding the slope issue you mentioned, we would like to explain to you the structural design of the product: When the inclination angle is set to 0 degrees, the treadmill actually has a slight slope of approximately 2 to 3 degrees. This small slope is specially designed based on ergonomic principles. Because training at this angle is more in line with the natural movement posture of the human body, it helps to better protect the knees. Currently, most home treadmill models on the market adopt a similar structural design. If you are not accustomed to this slight slope, it is recommended that you place a wooden board or a similar flat object beneath the rubber foot pads at the rear of the treadmill to keep the entire machine level. Thank you for your support and understanding. The electronics work very well and we like that the display is at waist level, rather than at your feet, like some models. Updated review of this treadmill. The incline feature stopped working right after I assembled the treadmill. Assembly was fairly easy BTW. I contacted Borgusi support. They worked with me to find the problem and then they sent me a new incline motor and the circuit board that helps control that. I had to install both myself. They provided videos and support for that. The replacement of those 2 parts corrected the incline issue. I really appreciate the support. Would have been better if I had not had to do the replacement myself. But what was the alternative? Under the circumstances I think Borgusi Support did an excellent job. I am a former auto mechanic though and mechanically inclined. I do wonder what someone without that background that isn't talented in working with stuff like this would have done? Find a friend to help maybe? Not sure but this fix worked for me. Thank you Borgusi Support. I still only gave 4 stars. Because the incline should not have failed in the first place. But looks like this will be a great treadmill now and in the future. ... show more

I took a chance on this to upgrade from our basic walking pad, and it has been a fantastic buy for the price. It offers auto-incline up to 15%, speeds up to 8.5 mph, and a belt that is actually wide and long enough for taller joggers—which was a big factor for me since many treadmills in this range have much narrower decks. It runs quiet, feels stable and comfortable, and the controls are basic and intuitive. Assembly out of the box was quick and easy, and it doesn't take up too much floor space—just measure first if space is tight. The treadmill did not power on after assembly & customer service was only possible thru Amazon messaging ( no customer support# or website). I was offered $30 credit if I would try their "5 step" approach to self repair that I received thru a messaged link. When I opened the motor to start the process, I could see the ground wire to power switch was not connected (this step was not on the list, but was obvious). As soon as I fixed the power switch & started the machine, It stopped & an error warning appeared on the screen. After 2 significant problems occurred BEFORE setting a foot on this clearly cheap, defective product I decided that I needed to return & refund. Although I was refunded promptly, Burgosi insisted that I keep the defective treadmill & refused to pick it up or send me a prepaid label to return the gigantic, 120 LB box, making disposal MY problem. Amazon was useless in resolving this & after numerous calls to Amazon & online chatting they stuck me the the problem of disposal. I resolved this problem myself by hauling it out of my basement (with a dolly I had to pay $100 for on Amazon) & leaving it @ Amazon return desk @ Kohls as the clerk was attempting to tell me I needed to bring it to UPS (WITHOUT providing a prepaid label for me), I kept walking out of the store & ignored her. I bought the treadmill based on positive reviews including "great customer service"). The customer service required me to attempt to repair defective product for a $30 payout that was never given. The treadmill appeared to be cheap & shoddy & I cannot speak to its ability to function as it never actually worked. The amount of time & aggravation I went thru trying to get Amazon to remove this piece of crap from my home I will never be compensated for but have learned the lesson of being skeptical of reviews & to never buy large electronic product thru Amazon again as they will refund but not pick up defective merchandise & rather point he finger of blame on their "3rd party sellers" & leave the paying customer with the problem of disposal/removal. BUYER BEWARE I advise buying a treadmill from a brick & mortar store that will guarantee returns & buy one that costs a little more & is built better. This was by far my most disappointing purchase EVER on Amazon & I buy lots of things ... show more

    • It’s a great treadmill, sturdy and has everything I need

It’s really nice. It fits in my small room and has all the features I need for a great workout. It has a hydraulic walking slant, it calculates calories and it counts miles I’ve walked. Also time walked. I haven’t folded it yet and had someone else put it together. The arrival box is really heavy! But it didn’t take long to set it up. It’s very comfortable and I have room for my phone in front of me so I can listen to Scripture! as I walk. Try Ezekiel sometime, audio book by Amir Tsarfati. Amazing! ... show more
