Exactly what we wanted in a treadmill! Auto in line with buttons on the handles to raise and lower as well as speed buttons and the pulse sensors! The preprogrammed routines are nice too! Easy to operate and super easy to fold up or of the way of wanted! With a simple push of your foot to lower it! Love it so far! Also hubby is over 6'3" and he also loves the easy access. I have received my treadmill and more or less successfully assembled it. Speaking to older folks considering ordering this, I’m 74 and managed to do this by myself. Notice I did not say it was easy. 1. As delivered, it is very heavy. If possible, find a partner who can help you manage the weight, even if it’s just getting it inside your home/apartment to start the assembly. 2. During assembly, I found one of the spots where I needed to “screw in“ a bolt was defective. The threads inside one of the uprights were just chewed up and I could get the bolt in only about three turns. That spot is not accessible from the outside in any useful way, so I couldn’t do anything effective to the threads on the inside. A friend suggested I get several washers and put them on the bolt I was screwing in, which, even with only a few turns of the bolt would produce a firmer connection. I did that, and it seems all right. I can’t imagine that I had any alternative other than sending the whole thing back, and I don’t think I could have managed that. 3. The instructions are not hard to follow, but there seems to be one step that they left out. After I got everything done, had it set up and plugged in… I could not get it to turn on. You can imagine how awful that felt, after all that work! I was not able to find a phone number to call the company, even though they suggest that that’s what I should do. However… ultimately, I saw that they had skipped a step. Before you can turn your treadmill on from the “front,“ (where you would walk) you need to go to the “back,“ and look down at the base of the treadmill. There is a small red switch. Flip that, and you can turn your treadmill on. Seems like that is something they should tell you. (If they did, I did not see It) I have used my treadmil now for two days, and its operation is very smooth. I’m hoping for a good experience now that I have a working treadmill. ... show more
