I had to replace a treadmill that I owned and used for 11 years before it gave up the ghost. I wanted a treadmill that I did not have to connect to the internet. Well, I chose the Borgusi because it was a great price, incline, various built in programs AND, as a bonus, built in Wi-Fi speakers. The new treadmill traveled all around the east coast and into the Midwest during the “ snowpocalipse” of 2026. When I finally received it, the package was damaged and I was worried. I assembled it as far as I could before discovering that a critical part had been damaged. I contacted the seller and they were VERY helpful and immediately sent out the part. I installed it and presto-zesto everything works perfectly. I would highly recommend this treadmill to anyone. The seller is very helpful too.

I recently bought the Borgusi Treadmill with Auto Incline, and so far, I’m very happy with it. The setup was fairly easy, and it has a solid 300 lb weight capacity, which feels sturdy when I’m using it. The 3.0HP motor is powerful enough to support my workouts, and I appreciate that it can reach speeds up to 8.5 MPH, giving me plenty of options for walking or running. The 17.5” wide tread belt provides ample space, and the auto incline feature adds an extra challenge to my workouts. I’ve been using this treadmill for a few days and it’s been great so far. It was easy to set up and feels sturdy. It runs smoothly and quietly, which is perfect for home use. This treadmill is a very good compromise between price/size/weight on the one hand and build quality on the other. The build quality isn't at all bad, and I expect the treadmill will be quite durable for moderate use, but it isn't the same as a gym machine: those are much larger and heavier, built like tanks, and must be reliable when used several hours a day. This one has a relatively small footprint while still providing a decent-sized running area, folds up when not in use, and weighs roughly 100 lb. Pretty much a perfect product for home use.

After researching the many treadmills offered we decided to order Borgusi. Assembly was uncomplicated and accomplished without a problem. The Auto Incline was especially important and it works great. Unexpectedly this treadmill is so quiet I can watch videos on my phone without earbuds while working out. The dual controls for speed and incline are well placed and the handles comfortable. The overall size of the unit fits fine in a smaller room.

The treadmill did not power on after assembly & customer service was only possible thru Amazon messaging ( no customer support# or website). I was offered $30 credit if I would try their "5 step" approach to self repair that I received thru a messaged link. When I opened the motor to start the process, I could see the ground wire to power switch was not connected (this step was not on the list, but was obvious). As soon as I fixed the power switch & started the machine, It stopped & an error warning appeared on the screen. After 2 significant problems occurred BEFORE setting a foot on this clearly cheap, defective product I decided that I needed to return & refund. Although I was refunded promptly, Burgosi insisted that I keep the defective treadmill & refused to pick it up or send me a prepaid label to return the gigantic, 120 LB box, making disposal MY problem. Amazon was useless in resolving this & after numerous calls to Amazon & online chatting they stuck me the the problem of disposal. I resolved this problem myself by hauling it out of my basement (with a dolly I had to pay $100 for on Amazon) & leaving it @ Amazon return desk @ Kohls as the clerk was attempting to tell me I needed to bring it to UPS (WITHOUT providing a prepaid label for me), I kept walking out of the store & ignored her. I bought the treadmill based on positive reviews including "great customer service"). The customer service required me to attempt to repair defective product for a $30 payout that was never given. The treadmill appeared to be cheap & shoddy & I cannot speak to its ability to function as it never actually worked. The amount of time & aggravation I went thru trying to get Amazon to remove this piece of crap from my home I will never be compensated for but have learned the lesson of being skeptical of reviews & to never buy large electronic product thru Amazon again as they will refund but not pick up defective merchandise & rather point he finger of blame on their "3rd party sellers" & leave the paying customer with the problem of disposal/removal. BUYER BEWARE I advise buying a treadmill from a brick & mortar store that will guarantee returns & buy one that costs a little more & is built better. This was by far my most disappointing purchase EVER on Amazon & I buy lots of things
