Ever run out of ice because the built in refrigerator ice maker fails to deliver, then this is my solution. Very easy to clean, setup was a breeze. This only makes extra ice for immediate use. I have tried to freeze some, overall, not worth it. Clumps too easily. That is exactly as the seller stated. So far, it makes more ice in 30 minutes than I have needed. Great temporary need appliance, quiet, works well, solves an immediate problem whenever the regular ice maker fails to deliver. Realize this is NOT an ice storage machine. Works really fast, but small ice holder. But that's the good thing about this unit. It's small and fits in my sink of my RV (making it safe for travel and easy to fill) so I can make ice while running down the road. No need for starter ice in the freezer.

I purchased this ice machine because my previous machine (GE Opal nugget ice maker) stopped making ice and I wanted a small machine to get my by until I can decide which machine I want to invest in to replace that. The Pro's: It is very reasonably priced. It is small so takes up a very small footprint. Because it is small it would be very portable and you can move it around with ease. It makes ice very quickly. The Con's: It is very small so the basket doesn't hold a lot of ice - you can fill up one cup and that's it. (thankfully it makes ice pretty quickly but it can be clunky if you need a lot of ice). It is loud when the ice is done and is being dumped in the basket. The small cubes are a lot bigger than i would expect. I haven't tried the large cubes but I am sure I would not like them because I like smaller ice cubes. Overall this is a decent machine and does the job for now.

After reviewing and over analyzing all my options, I picked this one. Very pleased with this countertop ice maker. Solid instructions out of the box. Works perfectly for those times when our freezer decides to quit making ice. Please keep in mind this unit does not store/freeze the ice it makes. Thus I found I was emptying the produced ice into our freezer’s ice box every couple of cycles. Produces solid, hole filled ice, not soft nugget ice. Cleaning was no big deal with vinegar, water and running the machine. So far, so good! A+++

The media could not be loaded. As a former flight attendant, the sound of ice is basically my Pavlovian bell—and this countertop ice maker delivers faster than a first-class pre-departure beverage. In about 6 minutes (yes, SIX), this little galley miracle cranks out 8 cubes, which is faster than I used to get a catering truck to answer the radio. By the time you finish saying, “Would you like ice with that?”—boom—cubes are ready for service. It fits perfectly on the counter, doesn’t guzzle power like an APU, and quietly produces up to 26 lbs of ice a day, which frankly outperforms some entire regional operations I’ve worked for. Two cube sizes mean you can go “economy” or “first class,” depending on how fancy your cocktail—or iced coffee—needs to be. I staged mine among my airline memorabilia, and honestly, it looks right at home. If this thing had wings, I’d put it on the jumpseat. Bottom line: this ice maker is reliable, efficient, and doesn’t complain about turbulence. Whether you’re stocking a home bar, hosting friends, or just reliving your cabin-crew glory days, this machine earns a full five stars and a cheerful, “We’ll be coming through the cabin shortly with ice.”

This is the cheapest icemaker. I could find our ice machine broke in our fridge and we’re in the process of getting it fixed. This was easy to use not too heavy. Doesn’t take up a lot of space does it job of making ice? This is not pebble ice it looks like the ice that you would get out of the bags makes it pretty quick not too loud. Does the job great quality Water it fills up with about one 16.9 ounce bottle of water.

What a wonderful company! I ordered this product over Black Friday for a Christmas gift receiving a damaged unit. Contacting Amazon they weren't able to help me specifically but they directed me immediately to the helpline of the company, which were able to help me phenomenally. My unit was damaged with the cap being busted in and the ice bar not being able to raise properly to make ice. With the busted machine they quickly and efficiently after sharing a couple of videos we're willing to ship me a new unit. I'm not giving them a five-star just because of the damage to the frist product, they handled this really well but no one should have to go through that to start which is the only reason I'm not giving them five stars. Needless to say their customer service is excellent and if you have any issues with your device you should be able to contact their customers who support and receive excellent care! On to the actual device it's super sleek it's very small so it takes up minimal counter space and it's very efficient. I chose the gray so that it would match in just through whatever I was going to put it. The machine doesn't change any taste of your eyes so it just matters whether or not you put in the filtered water or you're plain water. It does have a small sound to it when you have it initially working but it's not loud. The loudest part is the ice falling off the actual metal tongs and that happens not frequently so it shouldn't be too bad for people who don't want to loud machine.
