UPDATE: After leaving the review below, Renestar reached out to me. They offered excellent customer service. I will say that moving forward I will consider Renestar products in the future because of how proactive they were in this situation. Amazon on the other hand can kiss my ass. Amazon reached out to me via email that because of the resolution Renestar offered me when RENESTAR REACHED OUT TO ME, Amazon is threatening to cancel my account. Amazon still owes me 4 dining chairs and a ladder rack. So Amazon- go ahead cancel my account. I don't need to fund billionaire nazis anyway. I will start by saying that this Renestar treadmill was purchased to replace another Renestar treadmill that I had. This one cost $100 more than my previous model. It does not have the shock absorbers, the heart rate monitor does not work accurately, the belt keeps slipping back to the left, and adjustment buttons for speed and incline stay lit up all the time forcing me to shut off the main power button or unplug the treadmill after every use. Also this one does not fold up like my previous one. I decided to try this one because it has a brushless motor. All in all I think I should have bought the previous model again, but that one only lasted 2 years with 3 to 5- 30 minute sessions of use per week. I purchased this treadmill in March of this year and only recently was able to have someone assemble it for me. I am on my second day of using it, and it has already stopped working. The power light is still on, but the display and treadmill functions are not responding. I am very disappointed, as the treadmill is practically brand new and has had minimal use. I have reached out to the seller and am hoping someone can assist me with troubleshooting, repair, or replacement options as soon as possible. ... show more

Honest review. Treadmill was perfect for 25 days until the motor started throwing error code from overheating. Either the product can't handle 3 miles a day or i just got a dud. I would like to think that this one was a dud. Important take aways Noise level is not bad at all. I was able to walk and watch tv. product is gorgeous. very sleek and not chunky product buttons are very response with height increases and speed adjustment. very easy to assemble. only take 4-6 screws to be installed with the supplied Allen wrench. walking surface is large. I am 6' tall and had no problems. I NEW THIS DID NOT HAVE A SCREEN. READ THE DISCRIPTION. some of the bad reviews are complaining about the unit not having a screen. It has a clip to clip on a tablet. either way my treadmill is Infront of a TV. Compré esta caminadora principalmente para caminar con inclinación y hacer ejercicio en casa, y hasta ahora ha cumplido con mis expectativas. Lo que más me gusta es la inclinación automática de hasta el 25%, ya que permite aumentar considerablemente la intensidad del entrenamiento sin necesidad de correr. La superficie se siente amplia y estable al caminar. La pantalla es fácil de leer y los controles responden bien. También me gustó que soporta usuarios de mayor peso sin sentirse inestable. El motor ha funcionado correctamente durante mis sesiones y el sistema de inclinación responde de manera fluida. Como cualquier caminadora potente, ocupa bastante espacio, por lo que recomiendo medir el área disponible antes de comprarla. I'm 6 feet tall, weigh 230 lbs. and this treadmill is a little too small for me to walk or run comfortably. I'm constantly stepping off the side of the running tread and feel like I'm wedged in between the handles. The pictures as advertised are highly misleading. The men in the pictures must be under 5 feet tall as the control panel and handles appear to be at almost chest height while they're slightly below waist height for me. The description says it has a Bluetooth speaker but that is either false advertising or they left that out of the manual as it is not mentioned at all and there is no obvious way to connect to the treadmill via Bluetooth. There is an audio jack, USB and USB C port on the left side of the control panel but nothing that would indicate Bluetooth functionality. I imagine this treadmill would be perfect for someone 5 feet 4 inches or shorter, but anyone over average height will probably find it a bit tight, at the least. I did like the incline going up to 25 degrees as 10-15 degrees seems to be more common. Oh, and the biggest and most egregious lack of functionality of all! There are no cup holders! At all!
