I like it. I have used it. This has been my experience over the three weeks that I have had it. 1. The directions are stupid! They do not help at all. This company needs to hire someone to write some directions on how to use the product, the remote, etc. 2. It's noisy when you first get it out of the box. I weigh 205lbs. I walked at a 2.5 pace on my initial voyage. I thought it was WAY TOO LOUD to keep. I was thinking about getting the packaging out of the recycle bin when - as if it new what I thinking - it quieted down. 3. There are black shavings from something all over the rails and floor. I have no idea what that is or what it is from. My hope is that it's not part of the rollers or mechanics inside. 4. It doesn't weigh much. It's super easy to move around. 5. While it's easy to use it's confusing. I just do the manual ON setting and then adjust up. I have no idea how to access the pre-programmable settings but it really doesn't matter as long as I can start it and then set the speed. 6. The packaging was over the top. Like so much of the packaging is these days, it's overkill and actually frustrating. I would like to see some of these engineers that design the packaging take it apart on camera. Maybe then they would go..."oh this isn't necessary at all, we could just..." I would say itβs worth the money I paid.

This is a quality product. I did a lot of research before buying another walking pad. My last one was good but I was over the weight limit. This one holds true to its weight limit and is very easy to use. The cons to this is that it is a little loud and maneuverability isnβt great. The front of the machines wheels seem too covered by the plastic. Making it harder to move standing upright. Itβs easy to move from a low stance. Also because of the plastic not being as strong, you have to store this on the ground flat instead of upright against a wall. It fits under a couch but that isnβt always the easiest way to store something this heavy. My last walking bad was durable enough to store upright and for many, this is the better option than dragging it to a couch. Overall, itβs still a good product, especially for the price. Finding a decent walking pad that can hold up to 300 lbs is difficult, this is still a good choice.

The media could not be loaded. If I could give this treadmill more than 5 stars I would! It is amazing! The traditional treadmill is so large and bulky. This one comes with a protective case, easy to fold up and store and easy to travel with if I am going out of town or want to bring it to the office. It goes up to four miles per hour. It is perfect to put under a standing desk to get your steps in while you work! It has a large weight limit which is nice because my husband and I can both utilize it. There was no assembly required which was HUGE for me because I am the worst at putting things together. I also love that it isn't loud, so I can use it while the babies nap and not wake them up. It is so light that I can move it around myself without any issues. The price point was also amazing for the quality! There isn't anything bad to say about this treadmill at all.

Bought this to go under the standing desk I bought as I recently started working from home and unfortunately as a telephone triage nurse I have to be close by the computer and am on the phone for a good 6-8 hours a day so it was important to find a walking pad that was easy to operate and quiet. And this one so far is working great right out of the box! I really like the watch style remote makes it super user friendly and have access to adjust easily without having to reach on another surface for it. Overall would highly recommend so far. Hoping it holds up to frequent use!

When I received this product it came with a manufacturing error (which happens sometimes) where it would shut off after like 30 seconds. I reached out and they were more than nice by offering a way to fix it as well as some compensation for the issue. They provided me with detailed instructions and photos. As I am not a handy person this was very helpful. I did the fix that they suggested and it still didn't work. They offered more advice and solutions but because I did have to call someone to help me the first time, I personally wasn't willing to try to fix and again and just wanted a return and or exchange. They understood and were very quick with a response. They ended up giving me a full refund and not requiring me to send it back. Although the product came with an issue and I won't be using the one sent, I believe that they deserve a good rating off of their customer service alone. I think I was just sent a bad batch lol. about the product itself: while it worked... it was quiet, a good size, and aesthetically pleasing. I would recommend.

I purchased this with the intention to use it while I work so that I am not so sedentary. Initial day one impressions : Pros: β’ It was easy to setup as all you have to do is add the battery to the remote and plug in the power cord to the treadmill β’ It is fairly easy to move around using the built in wheels β’ semi-affordable compared to others with a similar weight limit Cons: β’ Louder than expected. I don't think it will work well for when on calls β’ This is narrow. I knew it wouldn't be as wide as the ones at the gym, but this is on the verge of being too narrow. I find that I keep stepping on the side rails. β’ I think this point is a general walking desk issue...it is awkward to type or write and walk, even at a slow speed. It is easy for me to get slightly dizzy looking at the monitor at the same time as walking and typing. β’ This smells awful! The fumes coming off of this thing are nauseating. I am sure over time it will dissipate but so far all attempts to cancel it out with air fresheners has failed. I will give this a day or two to see if I can make it work for me, but it is looking like I will need to return this.
