Yes I guess it was easy but it really could have been factory assembled. Has design flaw. Not easy to roll ebike up the ramp to insert in the front tire in the tire cradle. It takes two people to secure. There are better e-bike racks available on the market.

It is a challenge to assemble but once you get it together it is a solid and dependable rack. I use it on my fill sized SUV for transporting my e-bike and my wife uses it on smaller Subaru Forester for her gravel bike. it takes about 5 minutes to move it from one vehicle to the other. It holds the bikes securely and the little loading ramp makes it easier for my petite wife to load and unload. Being a mighty male, I of course disdain the ramp and just huck my battery powered steed onto the rack by main force. I find the rack a very good value for money.

I am pleased with this bike carrier. I use it to carry my electric bicycle. Assembly was straight forward, instructions clear. It is a little heavy but I'm getting old and weak. My only problem with the carrier is with the front wheel holder. As I roll my bike up onto the carrier I have to lift it up over the rear lip of the front wheel holder. My bike is fairly heavy and I struggled to accomplish this. I think they can redesign the front wheel holders. I crafted a short ramp attached to the front wheel holder that allows me to roll the bike up and into the holder. With that addition I can easily load my bike and I am happy with the results and the carrier.

When I purchased my e-bike I received a free bike rack, well that didn’t work out since it did not have a ramp. This bike rack is just what I was looking for. No lifting your heavy bike on ramp just roll it on ! Great price, great quality and fast shipping. The most important I find is the communication when purchasing. I was send video, instructions as well as a note with some extra tips which was very very helpful. If you have a questioned I message and immediate received a response. Love it and thank you. Wow, what an amazing seller / customer service experience. I purchased this item for some new eBikes that I bought (Fat Tire and Heavy). After a lot of research, I chose this product based. When I received the product I was happy with the quality. I assembled it (had some difficulties - their videos helped a lot, and much easier with two people) and put my bikes on. I was having some issues with the folding feature, so I reached out to the seller and sent a picture. They responded within a few hours - very impressed. They not only read and answered my issues, they took a close look at the picture I sent and discovered that my bike wheelbase was too big for the rack and recommended that I do not use it and have provided assistance on returning. I would highly recommend this product and this seller. You will not be unhappy.

The media could not be loaded. I’ve been using a tailgate cover for my bikes, and I’m so happy to try this rack out. The tailgate cover always blocked my rear camera, but this one doesn’t. The installation instructions are easy to follow, and it can hold my two bikes. The cover I had cost over $100, so this one is definitely worth the money.
