This is a high quality strong and stable bike rack. My 52 lb e bike is very secure. Assembly instructions were clear and customer service was easy to reach and very helpful. Best features: Great price. Rack is only 14 inches off the bumper when folded. The bike rails are a perfect distance so 2 bikes don’t touch and can be off set. Includes a heavy duty steel ramp for loading bike Comes with a receiver lock. Wheel holder clamps are lockable. The wheel clamps do not touch or damage my carbon fiber bike frame. Some minor things that could be improved. Where the rack attaches to the car the steel u bolt is time consuming to remove and bolts could easily be lost. There is a safety pin that has to be removed to tilt and adjust the rack. It is tedious to do. Other racks have a self locking mechanism that doesn’t require an extra part. The loading ramp also requires 2 bolts be removed in order to use it. I may replace the bolts with a locking pin. For now I end up putting the ramp in my vehicle to save time. It could use rollers or wheels to move around the garage because it’s heavy. We did extensive research on heavy duty e bike racks and this rack is by far the best quality rack and at great price. Better than some racks that cost 2-3 times more. Highly recommend!!

Good sturdy bike rack with locking arms & hitch pin! I found that the arms need to rest on the tray when not in use or they can pivot down & drag on the pavement. The locks on the arms can be tricky to disengage & the arms require some force to pivot. A little tricky loading my e-bike over the front wheel tray. It took me several hours to assemble. Customer service was excellent in replacing the arm that was destroyed when it dragged on the pavement!

We bought this carrier for our new E bikes so we could go places to ride and my husband said I needed to write a great review as he said this was a very great product and the seller provided extra videos to go along with the instructions that he said it made it so easy to understand and put together. The carrier is very sturdy and has extra support to hold them in place and we especially like the ramp you can use to get your E bike onto the carrier as the E bikes can be very heavy so this was a very added plus and made it so easy to load our bikes. We would highly recommend this carrier from this seller as the product also came very quickly. We are very satisfied!

The rachet tire lock system is not very reliable. I use my bike rack 3 times and that tire lock system bracket broke. the ratchet system stripped out when unlocking front tire. It is made of plastic and is spring loaded not a good design.

This is a bike rack that performs exactly as advertised. Strong durable and most importantly to me holds my bikes securely. Easy to use, get the bikes up on the rack via the ramp. The ramp bolts fall through to the ground as you loosen the wing nuts so I epoxied them in. Most importantly the customer service they provide is the best I’ve ever experienced. I had a problem with one of the lock mechanisms that lock the bike onto the rack. I email cs and they replaced both arms not just the locks.! The parts were held up in customs so the ordered a second set. They also emailed me updates as to the delivery date. Very happy with my purchase

Yes I guess it was easy but it really could have been factory assembled. Has design flaw. Not easy to roll ebike up the ramp to insert in the front tire in the tire cradle. It takes two people to secure. There are better e-bike racks available on the market.

This is a very full-featured platform-type bike rack. It's made of thick, strong steel. The padded hooks, that tightly secure the bike tires, lock in position to help prevent bike theft. I have regular bikes, but I am sure that this solid rack could safely accommodate 2 heavier eBikes - up to 170lbs. total. The included steel ramp would actually make that pretty easy. And, the little ramps that lead to the front wheel holders will make rolling a heavier e-bike into them a breeze. Assembly was a bit tedious at times, so I highly recommend another person to add a helpful 2nd set of hands. All the hardware was there, and none of it was faulty. Everything went together without a hitch (pun intended). The printed directions were good enough. They were clear and understandable. But, it took quite a while and wasn't as easy as I'd hoped. And I must add that the included "tools" left a lot to be desired. The hex wrenches sufficed, but the other wrenches were tiny and almost useless. Use your own ratchet wrenches and open/closed end hand wrenches for much easier, and more solid, assembly. I wish it had a hitch tightening & locking system, instead of the included 2-bolt stabilizing clamp. It makes removing and re-installing quicker and easier. But, keep in mind, the rack doesn't cost $400 -$600, like some big name-brands. However, it does include a locking hitch pin to discourage rack theft. If you'll be keeping the rack installed for long, extended periods, then not having a hitch tightening system isn't as much of a deciding factor, in my opinion. If this fits your needs, I believe there's no better system for safety, security and stability. The bikes will never bang against each other, or against the vehicle. It can be tilted away from the vehicle, even with bikes loaded. Hanging-type racks don't recommend that. And it can be folded and secured vertically when not in use. Why not 5 stars? No hitch-tightening locking system, which is becoming common, even on lesser expensive racks. Also, though well explained in the directions, the assembly is quite involved.
