Bought this a couple of years ago when my area had unusual (colder than usual) spring weather and had to break them out more recently. They are lightweight and therefore easy to carry around. The color and fabric quality are decent for what you are buying and seem breathable as advertised. Great for wearing during runs in cool temperatures (maybe upper 50s/low 60s) but not insulated enough when I wore it during a cold night (low 50s and some wind chill, night before a rain storm rolled in) at the dog park. Touch screen capabilities will depend on the fit of the glove to the user. My hands are on the smaller side of medium yet a small would have been too tight. This medium fits the width of the heel of my palm and feels great when I make a fist but my fingers are a touch loose. Because of this, the finger pads of the glove don't align well with where I typically press with my fingers. The thumb pad touch screen portion tends to twist a bit due to the positioning of the thumb glove appendage angle. I generally have to take the glove off to use my phone. ... show more

I had to buy new running gloves, as my old ones now had holes in them---not a good feature in a glove. These are way better than my old ones! They are warmer and softer. Technically these are my just sort of cold gloves (I have fleece mittens for below 15 degrees) but they performed well in 30 degree temperatures--so well in fact that I had to take them off because my hands started to sweat. I also got a very nice follow-up email from Trailheads, asking my if my purchase met my expectations. Good attention to customer service, something you don't often see these days. Bought these gloves as a stocking stuffer for my wife. She likes to run outdoors and as the weather is often cold, gloves are a must. However, gloves interfere with use of her phone as a music or podcast player so she has to remove them if she wants to take a call, or update music choices. Upon receipt of the gloves I tested them and had a few comments- We ordered a small glove and they were spacious on my hands, and I usually wear a men's size medium. The gloves do work as a touchscreen friendly glove which was the key point. They seem a bit point and seem to hold water so I don't know how effective they will be as a weather resistant glove in rain or with excessive sweat. ... show more

The pink material is mesh and has holes for airflow, so these are great for 40+ degree fall/spring weather and would not be the best choice for winter running. Measured my hand as 7" from wrist to fingertip so I ordered a medium. They were slightly too large for me (not terrible, but I prefer a snug fit) so I reordered a small and they were just right! Got this gloves for trip to Grand Teton National Park and Yellowstone. Wanted a pair that was lightweight but would keep my hands warm and dry.
