It doesn’t completely cover the bum. I got it at the sale price of 16. so I was really happy with the price! But it is easily worth the 27. that it is typically. I would say that for the material and sewing it reflects it’s price. The material is okay feeling. It’s not soft or rough feeling to me. I would say that it feels comfortable enough. It doesn’t look cheap or high end. I would say that it is a light/medium weight material. It is thick enough that it is definitely not see through at all. It comes with the skirt and top only. I purchased the green plaid. It doesn’t come with undies or stockings. Overall, it is simply a fun, flattering looking outfit!
