Simple to assemble, smokes simply and perfectly. Will give your brisket that much desired smoke ring without any stress. Load the hopper, flip the switch, insert the temp probe, close the lid and leave it alone. Traeger makes like simple. Get this if you want perfect brisket, fall off the bone ribs and all your charred meats!
