I bought this product in 10/24 - It functioned great and I shaved my head weekly with it. I was able to find replacement heads for it too - which worked out fantastic. I had only taken it in the shower a few times with me - (it claims to be water resistant) -- continued working fine until 8/25 -- The "chuckhead" (for lack of a better term) stopped moving. Basically useless and I need to get another one. Sadly the return policy is 30 days unless you buy into an extended warranty. Sad because I like the product and it's useful. I'll be buying a second with a 3 year the next time around. Overall, the thing is pretty great. I would of given it 5 stars but as mentioned, it died :) ... show more

Best head shaver I’ve ever bought, spend the extra money and get the pro. Was worried cuz I saw some negative reviews but that had to be for the regular one cuz the pro kicks ass. Came with a full charge and shaved my head in no time, shave damn near like using my razor, super close shave.

Initially I was very happy with the shaver. I was easy to use and shaved fairly well. Unfortunately, it went rogue on me. I shave about every other day, without having a full head of hair. After each shave, I recharge it. Recently, I came into where I left it to charge a few hours earlier. Both the red and green lights were blinking and the shaver was running on it's own. I could not shut it off, no matter how many times I pressed the power button. I had to let it run until it dies. I gave it another chance and charged it. During the charging, again it started running on its own and would not shut off until the battery was drained. That's bad. What is worse is I sent an email to the designated address, although they did respond quickly, it requested I reply with order number, email address and shipping address. All of that was included in the initial email. I responded immediately explaining that. Crickets. Several additional emails have been sent with zero response. They don't publish a customer service phone number. My guess is that is intentional since they know their shavers won't last, even though they say lifetime warranty. UPDATE: After about 6 days, they got back to with apologies and sent a replacement shaver body. ... show more

This shaver works beautifully! It looks like a clean shave, but leaves a little fuzz. I quit using a razor to shave my head. I clean the blades once a week and only need to shave my head every couple days. I have had it for a few months and am just now needing to get replacement blades. I love this shaver. My head comes out so smooth after a shave. I was using a blade and shaving cream before. This shaver is closer and safer. Very comfortable to hold which makes the functionality super easy. The brush and massaging piece are also great. Once charged the shaver just keeps on going and going. Great battery life.
