I’m very disappointed in customer service. I reached out to them the blade nips on the neck. I’m a professional so I know what clippers are supposed to do my customers complain that it’s pinching them so I can’t even use it. I reached out to customer service and they told me to send a picture of the bill and send it to them through an email. I did it wouldn’t go through. Maybe it did. I haven’t heard from them. The trimmer is powerful, works well. Two downsides: 1. The blade gets really hot after a couple of minutes 2. I searched for compatible guards for months, couldn’t find any. FYI: I know you can buy the clipper, which has compatible guards, but it doesn’t make sense for my use case. I ended up switching to the Gamma+ trimmer, which solved both issues for me. ... show more
