I’m very disappointed in customer service. I reached out to them the blade nips on the neck. I’m a professional so I know what clippers are supposed to do my customers complain that it’s pinching them so I can’t even use it. I reached out to customer service and they told me to send a picture of the bill and send it to them through an email. I did it wouldn’t go through. Maybe it did. I haven’t heard from them. This has to be the best out of the box trimmers I’ve tried in years. The trimmer is very light and powerful for facial and beard trimming. This trimmer next to my Babyliss FXPro Silver trimmer are my ying and yang. Great customer service and trimmer. Don’t sleep on the FX3 trimmer!

I bought this trimmer in Feb 2025, it stopped cutting in the beginning of October 2025. I’m furious it cost over $100, and now it’s past the return time. I’m out over $100. It’s junk! Do not buy!!

The motor is powerful and I like how thin the handle is but the blade has cut several clients skin on neck area. If you’re using this only on the hair, it’s great but if you use it for all your detailing on the skin… choose another edger/clippers.
