Superb product and incredibly easy to use. The ergonomics are excellent—the shape and angle make it very comfortable to hold and maneuver while trimming. Sharpness is terrific, giving a clean and even trim from 1mm to 5mm without much effort. The attachments are useful and easy to switch, making different trimming lengths simple to manage. The overall quality feels very good, and the design has a sleek, well-made appearance. Battery life is quite decent between charges, and the noise level is perfectly tolerable. Most importantly, the ease of use is outstanding. Very impressed with the design, performance, and convenience. Easily a 5-star purchase.

Very quick and easy shave for caregivers and clients alike! I recommended it to a client because his regular electric razor pulls hair and hurts. This shaves like a bladed razor, without the risk of cuts and razor burn! A must have for older men who find it difficult to shave themselves.

It's alright. I find it hard to get a consistent shave with it, honestly. I don't usually use the guard, so maybe that's part of it. It IS faster for me than using a regular razor, so I like that aspect. It's convenient, easy to charge, etc. I don't get razor burn or cut up by it. It's middle of the road and worth the price I guess, I don't feel the need to spend more money on something else.

I purchased this item because I was looking for something practical and reliable, and overall I’ve been very happy with my purchase. The product arrived as expected and matched what I was looking for. It feels well made for the price, and I appreciate that it’s straightforward and easy to use. The overall quality and design have been good, and I haven’t had any major issues with it. One thing I especially appreciate is the convenience. It does what I need it to do without being overly complicated, and it has been easy to incorporate into everyday use. I also think the value is good for what you receive. What do you expect?

As we all have different hair, we also all have different expectations -- likely especially of this hair trimming product. I needed a different type of trimmer than I already have to fill a role in my routine: - shave head with bic style razor in the shower - maintain w/ electric razor (style of old school Gillette, or modern Pit Bull, etc) - misplace razor, forget to charge, get distracted, whatever - (looking to fix this one) put off shaving head b/c of how much time and mess it will require - (and then this one) finally shave as best I can w/ electric trimmers (like Wahl style) then a half hour shower w/ the bic to start the process over... I have looked all over for some very close trimmers that will take me from overgrown to ready to shave w/ a razor in one quick session. The Norelco OneBlade 360 is *exactly* what I've wanted & needed. I have fine, thin hair. However, it cuts thicker hair more easily for sure, like the barbs that grow from my ears it will take right off...and it also exposed a thin layer of peach fuzz all over the top of my head, as it can cut that stuff at all, but an actual razor will take it all right off in one pass. I have no need for this shaver to be a one-stop-shop, I need it to prep me for a shave with a razor when I've let it grow for a couple days. It does this PERFECTLY. I honestly couldn't be happier with it, nor more impressed. One slow pass with either edge and a little pressure, and it takes all of the hair off as close as any trimmers...maybe about as close as the small trimmers barbers use to clean up sideburns and neck hair at the end of a haircut. So, if you are looking at these in need of trimmers, I cannot imagine you being disappointed. But if you are expecting it to replace a razor, I can't really speak to that as it doesn't fit my use case, and trims everything up close enough that a razor is the only thing needed to finish. It also comes with a guard. IDK why. Anyway, the OneBlade was about $40 when I bought it, and if I get ten uses or more between blade replacements I'll be happy. It's easily the least expensive part of my shaving routine.. Now my routine: - shave w/ razor - maintain w/ electric razor - if I miss a couple days, fix w/ OneBlade and then back to the top

A Year-Long Review of the Philips Norelco One 360

I tend to leave long-winded reviews. If that isn't your thing, jump to the final two paragraphs. I can also be facetious, if that somehow wasn't apparent in the following paragraph. Upon receiving the Philips Norelco One 360 I did what any respectable alpha male would do. I ignored the manual and started investigating it like a Great Ape while going "Hmm" repeatedly, more to annoy anyone in the area than to actually accomplish anything. Just like the alpha I am, I waited for the rest of my shrewdness (Did you know the proper term for a group of apes is a shrewdness? Now you do, congratulations) to lose interest before secretly checking the manual then, as if I were hit by a Men In Black™ memory wipe, immediately forgetting everything it instructed when I picked up the Philips Norelco One 360. My first thought was that calling the Philips Norelco One 360... 360... must be some farce. 'In no reality that I have peered into should the Philips Norelco One 360 actually rotate 360 degrees unless the user rotates their hand, effectively making the Philips Norelco One 360, in actually, the Philips Norelco One 180' I had thought to myself. Oh, how wrong I was. It could rotate 360 degrees. Kind of. With help. And careful planning that was more annoying than just using your arms and wrists as nature intended. Now, for those who are mobility-limited, I sympathise (genuinely, poorly healed broken collarbones, they try to twist when I raise my arms), but the gimmick is just that. A gimmick. Before first use I charged the Philips Norelco One 360 for at least 17 hours because I forgot it existed. That's okay, though. Now it's EXTRA CHARGED, right? ...Right? It did, in fact, cut my beard, and did so pretty decently. It also, through some form of magic, didn't shave my plethora of moles off. Genuinely, I may be part mole, which explains why I want to dig holes in the yard and instinctively eat random worms and grubs I find outside. Hey, don't knock it 'till you try it. So. I have been told by my lawyer that I am legally obligated to state that you should not try to instinctively eat random worms and grubs you find outside. Allegedly. Now, I did get razor burn the first time I used the Philips Norelco One 360 and, occasionally, when shaving over my Adam's Apple. I assure you, Adam, it was not my intent to store your apple in my throat. It's just there, like the moles and my beard. I do attribute that, mostly, to just pushing too hard while using it. Thanks to being an Great Ape, I'm a bit heavy handed when shaving and I don't realise it. I daringly thought, since the Philips Norelco One 360 did so well on my beard, I should use it to cut my hair. After all, as a true alpha, my beard is thicker than the hair on my head. This was my downfall, of course, for the Philips Norelco One 360 knew the rules, and so did I. Unlike Rick Astley, it gave me up, let me down, and while it didn't run around it did desert me by causing the head of the razor break off. Now, the actual body worked fine, but specifically the head (you know, the expensive part that Philips is charging TWELVE DOLLARS EACH FOR) broke while trimming hair that, literally, was as thick as arm hair. Now, I may be a Great Ape, but I'm approaching HAIRLESS Great Ape territory. The shrewdness (callback) thinks it may be mange. Devastated, I glued the head back together and it worked for a while without issue. Eventually it broke again and I bought genuine Philips blades from Amazon Germany because someone accidentally listed them for 5 USD a piece and free shipping. I bet they don't do that again. My overall rating of the Philips Norelco One 360 has to be 3 / 5. It did not perform above expectation (which would net it 5 stars) and the expensive bit broke basically the moment I took it out of the box (-1 star). Maybe it DID extra charge from the 17 hour session and the head just couldn't handle the Old Spice™ levels of power. Other than the very first head breaking it's been reliable, but I also treat it daintily because of that initial poor experience. Also, 8 hours of charging for 40 minutes of cut time is laughable, that's what? .65% efficiency or something (knee-jerk math, not worth the time).
