I finally got this filtration system installed in our kitchen. It seems to work well and all but I did not recieve the mounting shank and lockrink for the faucet. It does not appear I can reach the seller to ask if they can send it to me. It also seems to be an odd size for a sink "38mm" when most shanks are 32mm. I hope the company will see this and just send me the shank and lockring so I can finish the installation. Otherwise, I guess I will have no choice but to send it back. ... show more

I installed lots of RO water filters and this is one of the largest unit I ever seen. I thought these newer unit were supposed to save space but this takes the cake. I was trying to install a RO unit for a drink station on my TV stand. Most tV stand cabinets are 16” to 18” in depth. The faucet started leaking internally after eight months and came apart. Filters are not available for this unit and the Asurion “protection plan” is absolutely useless and a complete waste of time.
