I like how easy it is to use and it’s pretty stable. However the bench has a tendency to jump off track that’s about the only down fall.

Great machine great workouts, the only problem I am having is when I unfold the unit I have a difficult time onlocking the spring loaded pin.

I must say that I am enamor with this product. If you are thinking about getting one, I advice that you do because you won't regret it. Make sure to read the instructions. ATTENTION: You tube has all the videos you need from the manufacture to get you started, just type Total Gym Direct or the name of the machine. Pros. Cons. Easy to use Be careful folding the machine or you will lose a finger, follow the instructions. A full gym The manufacture should have installed wheels to move around. Plenty of accessories with the kit You get a great workout Can't beat the price Take little space when folded Many other great things to list.. A little about me: I am prior service Navy and Army, this machine will get you where you need to be. After the military I gained about 35 to 40 lb due to life, lol. I decided to destroy the fat and get back in shape. I didn't want to enroll in a gym or run as much. This machine fits the agenda. I will submit feedback with picture of before and after in a few month. Cheers.

This gym is amazing!! Because of my situation I have to take it down and setup each use and it is simple and easy. I'm 6ft and 265 and it is large enough to hold me comfortably. The action is smooth and resistance is even. Provides a great workout and stretch at the same time. Well worth the investment and pay a little more for one that has additional attachments. Use it 5 times a week. Love it!

As a half my lifetime Total Gym User I have to say, everytime I open a new Total Gym i am more impressed. This is my favorite, I felt like how I felt 15 years ago the first time I opened a Total Gym- the nostalgia washed over me like a soft gentle wave. Seriously though, this machine is superb; and a 350 LBS limit!! so amazing!

Best Value for the money!! It comes with all the attachments listed, which are very expensive to purchase separately. My one "complaint" is that it does come with a VERY small squat stand. I would like to purchase a larger stand in the future. Overall, this set up is perfect for a beginner, and a fantastic price!
