Though I am in pretty good shape for a now 70 year young user; first use my stamina was short = a mere 3 minutes. Can now do over 10 minutes! My goal is to do the 30 minute/ 30 day challenge! My bmi is 22.71 so weight loss is not a primary issue. Simply want to build stamina. With my treadmill, TG rower, TG, and other equipment I feel energized, toned, muscle definition, and a mental sense of well-being! only brand available for this kind of inclined rower. performs well. however, it feels a little rickety, especially at higher speeds. I still recommend if an inclined rower is what you're look for.

Had a PRECOR rower for years. Loved it, could not find required replacement parts. After searching I got this one. It is great. Quiet and very well made. Getting the four bolts aligned on the seat took more effort than it should have. A better, harder, workout than the old one. Expect it to last a very long time.. No water or fluids to leak. Have the other Total Gym machine and use each every day. Could not find a better rower. ... show more

Easy setup. Assembly not hard. Really like my Total Gym, but like this one for leg presses and upper body work. Have Back/Spine issues, but able to use this machine no problem. The straight bar is hard for me to grip. I like the optional "Deluxe" Bar better. Wish the seat had a little better back support, but it's ok. ... show more

bit over priced in my opinion but it works so many muscles at once a 20 minute workout is extremely affective
