I have never thought of using something like this before, & never knew it exisited, until I watched a video that tested many different versions & brands of these coolers. This one came out overall the best, so I had to try it. I use this almost everyday, hot weather, both indoors, & out. It actually does help keep me cool. I sometimes wear with a thin light hood on sunny days so I can keep the air blowing directly on me while blocking sun rays. The packaging box it comes in is nice presentation, & the case is high quality & most important its protecive from accidental drops, with a pouch for the charging cord, the lanyard is also a very nice touch for easy carry. The reason I feel the case is important is the cooler itself seems delicate to the point that when I am not using it I put it in the case right after use, or charging, instead of resting on a table or some other surface where it could possibly fall off onto the ground with some concern of damage. As far as wearing, it feels best wearing while standing, doing outdoor activities, great while sitting, but not sure when laying down as it may block the vents. So in that situation, I just turn the fan to the very lowest setting, which can be done by using the Torras app. It has some weight to it but its a typical cmpromise since it's a portable battery operated coolering device, & all the tech packed into this device to make it function compared to something like a cellphone, or laptop. The Torras app seems to have precise control over the functions versus using the two buttons on the side. The pairing was easy, & has other features & functions such as saving favorite settings, turning off the beeps, the instructions, warranty, & update firmware. Anothing thing is it does have a heat setting so I can actually use in cold weather as well to keep warm probably under a scarf or hood. The only issue I had when I was first using it was with the battery life seemed somewhat short, which made me a little anxious because I want to use it for longer, but thats expected for how portable this device is & the power demand. So my work around was to lower the fan speed to 01 through the app, & plug a battery bank into it using the charging cable it came with, which has a nice right angle plug seemed designed to do that, so it keeps it charged up while it's running. Now the battery life lasts for several hours. Overall Its a great cooler. Has excellent air flow, & great quality. It is a bit on the pricey side but has great value for what it can actually do. I feel more comfortable wearing it in these hot days, & look forward to using it when it gets cold to keep me warm as well.

$300 is a lot to spend on a cooling device, and I'm not sure it's worth it. The cooling part does help on really hot days - it does actually cool you a little bit. I found I didn't really notice it, until I took it off, then I realized it does actually help. The fan part though barely helps at all. Other ones that are just fans do much better at blowing air at you. It does last a long time. It is pretty bulky. I am a bit in the middle on this - it does help, but, I just didn't find myself using it often this summer, it doesn't really help a lot.

As someone who suffers from medical heat intolerance, this device was a game changer for me this Summer. I live in a hot humid climate and I wear it to walk the dog, run errands, yard work. It's not dramatic in the sense of "wow I feel cool now" in 100 degree heat, but it does allow me to function outside for reasonable periods of time without becoming ill. Sometimes I wear it indoors if I get overheated and it cools me down quickly. Normally I'm stuck inside all summer, this allows me to have more freedom. Very easy to use and keeps a charge for a long time when not in use. Lasts about 2 hours of heavy use.

I bought this item because it was the most expensive and option packed neck fan I could find on Amazon. I had a trip to Vietnam in June(extremely hot and humid as it was their summer) and wanted something to possibly cool me down. When you turn it on indoors TO to test it, you definitely feel the air coming out. I had used it in the indoor market where there was no A/C and I can feel it giving me a cool breeze but no where near the cooling of a basic handheld fan. While using it walking around outdoors I could barely feel the air at all. I took it off multiple times to check if unit was still working and it was but I was not able to tell. And it wasn't even windy. I ended up buying a $2 handheld fan from the night market uand it worked better then the neck fan. I paid almost $300 and it is not way better then the $50 neck fans in performance. But it does look super fancy with the casing and stuff.

The place I work is extremely hot and this can't keep up it don't even blow air in my face don't buy this is a waste of money and if your a big guy like me the thing trys to choke you. It's got no give im very extremely disappointed as I was looking forward to it! 😞

The cooling effect is much stronger on the Cyber than the 2s or the 3. The cooling surface gets crazy cold and works well to a much higher ambient temperature/humidity than those previous models. The actual fan aspect is definitely improved from the 3, but the 2s still has this one beat when it comes to its ability to blast you with air... When the temps hit 85F and the humidity is high, I sure do miss the fan on the 2S. BUT the cooling ability of the Cyber is just strong enough that I think I'm going to stick with it. Plus, its super sleek and offers more side to side head movement than the 2S. Up and down movement is pretty restricted, but not too bad. P.s. I work outside and the Cyber + Coolify Zone has been really really great.
