I have a space-themed room, and this fan adds a perfect touch of futurism, almost looking like a robot friend of sorts! I was also looking for a floor fan that met some very particular qualifications. This DREO fan is simply amazing. If I could give it 20 stars, I would. To start with, it arrived assembled, a HUGE plus for me. It is sturdy and attractive. The height is adjustable, which I needed, since my bed is encased in a "space capsule." Since it is multidirectional, I can easily aim the fan at the desk when I'm away from the bed area. The remote works for all directions of the fan - whether it's moving back and forth or up and down, or still, or a combination - as well as the level of air, whether the light is on or off, and what color the light is. The remote itself also surprised me with the unexpected functionality of glowing in the dark when you touch it! When I wake up in the middle of the night, I'm usually reaching for that control either to turn up or down the air, and sometimes to pop the light on. The fact that I can see the remote in the middle of the night is a huge benefit. I used to get out of bed to manually turn my old fan on and off, but that left me half awake. This fan is literally improving my sleep. The light is dim, so you can leave it on as a nightlight, or use it for mood lighting. In the space room, I often use it to enhance other dramatic lighting. The fact that I can select a color is perfect, since I can blend the fan lighting into the rest of the theatrical look, as if the lights were connected. Sometimes I just use this fan as a light, to have a little glow in the corner while I'm watching a show, or to have something on in the room when I walk in after the shower. With so many amazing features, it's easy to forget the basic one, whether it cools or not, lol! It does, 100%. In fact, this has got to be one of the best fans I've ever owned in terms of quickly cooling down a room when I select a higher number. I have to say, I rarely ever use it at its max. It's so cold already to me at 5 or 6, that I usually consider those my "cold settings." I love that it has the lowest possible settings as well. At night, I set it at 1 or 2, and it's just a faint, mild breeze, enough to keep the room from feeling stuffy, but super quiet and barely noticeable. When I wake up feeling warm, I pop it up to 3 or 4, and it does the trick for the rest of the night. I love the aesthetic of this, the functionality, and all the unexpected bonuses. I don't even think that I've learned all the features yet. I believe you can set not just whether it's swaying back and forth, but the width (or breadth) of the sway itself. This fan truly is space age, and it's perfect for me and for this creative room, in every way.

There are already many great, detailed reviews, and I can genuinely add they are accurate. Easily the best fan I’ve ever had (I’m 51 years young). It’s strong, quiet, easy to move locations, handy remote, provides a nice ambiance with the LED lights) and has a great, easily customizable app. It’s simple to set and cool down a room before you enter. Worth every cent. I bought 1 to see for myself. Then bought 2 more. Now I’m planning on buying a 4th to send as a gift. Zero regrets.

Fantastic fan (pun intended)! This impressive fan has easy to use while sophisticated controls. To start with it is QUIET, much quieter while more powerful than other fans or portable AC I have used previously. The thermostat is customizable to match speed with temperature. This is a great feature. It comes with a remote and numerous other controls are available via their app on your phone or Alexa. We have abandoned our portable AC except for nights over 85 degrees at bedtime. We are using our evaporative cooler to blow cool air into our house and with an open window blow hot air out. This fan circulates the air in our bedroom and continues after the evaporative cooler shuts off. Yes again quiet enough to comfortably sleep with this fan on. Assembly was straight forward with solid construction and a heavy enough base to avoid any wobble. All-in-all GREAT purchase with amazing features.

I absolutely love DREO products they are well made. This is my first multidirectional fan and there is no going back to one direction oscillating fans. The noise level is fine. Love the remote control holder that is attached to the fan, no chance of losing it. Cools the room down. Not heavy and easy to move and put together. Love the light feature with all the different color lights. Love you can control it from your phone as well.

i have had my dreo fan for almost a year, i love my fan. this fan travelled across the united states with me and still works great. i love the remote it has and it comes with a remote holder but i dont use it though i have critiques. the remote holder i feel could have been maybe better designed to fit onto the fan, the fan itself is of course a standing fan, i find the remote holder slides down on the fan because of the fan flares upward on the white part. the base is a circular disk that is very heavy so it will not fall, it weighs maybe three pound or four pounds. i have a silver pole at the bottom with a knob on the back to adjust height and it screws on the base. above the silver pole area is the flared area im refering to that has a harder time with the remote holder, the holder will fit perfectly where all the touch buttons are but you cannot set it there because while grabbing the remote you will press the buttons on accident and turn the fan up or the light on or off. you can put the remote holder above the buttons near the actual fan but it feels like its really pushing the plastic on the remote holder to almost breaking, you cant set it below the buttons because the pole is too narrow so the holder falls quickily. this is the most minor thing ever to have a problem with and it has no effect for me since like i just keep mine on my nightstand. i love the light on the fan, it makes a comfortable vibe in the room and the fan is really impressive with how much air it circulates. i also love that the fan blows left, right, up, and down all at the same time. i enjoy that the light is circular because it can be used for a ring light as long as you are looking for a more golden hour look. the fan is quiet even on high. still loud enough to make enough noise to sleep though. i get overstimulated a lot but i cannot sleep in silence either so this gives me a perfect amount of air and sound to be able to sleep. the material is plastic mostly with some metals, its very sturdy. it was very easy to build and easy to carry around the house. i like that the app tells you how hot the room is as well because i have hot flashes and cold flashes a lot, it helps me know if im the issue or if the room is the issue lol i really love this fan and hope it runs a really long time i would recommend for any and every room in your house, you can set schedules on the app for individual fans to turn on at a certain time which is cool too. im sure theres plenty more that even i dont know about yet but dreo is worth the money spent and the people making the product care a lot about the consumer and the product itself. they want to make quality so its worth buying.

This fan has been a game changer for us. Unlike other fans we've tried that have to sit in the window or simply move warm air around, this one actually does an excellent job keeping us cool throughout the night. The height and airflow are perfect for our bed, and it reaches both my wife and me comfortably. My wife experiences severe hot flashes, and this fan has made a noticeable difference in helping her stay cool and sleep better. If you're looking for a fan that truly does the job, I highly recommend this one. It's quiet, effective, and worth every penny. Super quiet. Love the remote control for up/down as well as right/left oscillation. Compact. Attractive. Easy to put together. Bed height. I would love the RPG light to have a function like UV sterilization rather than decorative and the settings for the RBG light to be more user friendly. I like the airflow with 7 settings but an additional turbo wind tunnel tornado would really help in these hotter climates and for hot flashing folks. 5 is perfect so 4 is outstanding. It is an outstanding product. Expensive which deterred our purchase. We need 2-3 more but given the cost, not sure if it would be a reasonable expenditure.

Why do I like these fans? After a lot of research on fans, not only Smart Fans, which generally cost more than typical fans, I decided to order two of these Smart Fans. I live in an Apartment Complex, and as many people who live in this type of complex know, the air circulation is generally horrible. We tend to buy a box fan or something similar to "get the air moving", which I'm one who did so as well. Here is the problem that this smart fan, in particular, does that most fans do not. We can find/buy fans that will oscillate, most often horizontally. This fan does that plus vertically as well, as well as other smart functions. What this means when moving the air is that "dead air" near the ceiling generally is stagnant. Just a couple of weeks ago, I was using the typical box fans in conjunction with Air Conditioning, and now, using these Smart Fans and getting that "dead air" to move, I've noticed that the AC doesn't run as often or as much. Which we know means the electric bill should be less. Also, lets that a look at the electricity that these Smart Fans use compared to the typical box fan. Typical 3-speed box fan on LOW uses about 55 watts. These Smart Fans with everything running, LED light, horizontal oscillate, vertical oscillate, and FAN on TURBO draw only 36 watts. I'm generally running the fan on 3-4, thus even less, and the LED light is off. I didn't know that it would make this much of a difference for the AC. I just wanted the dead stale air to get moving. I may buy one more, or a similar "table-top" model. Worth the money in my opinion.
