The media could not be loaded. This Smart Dreo fan exceeds my expectations! I wouldn't have bought this if my old $20 pedestal fan from Walmart didn't fall over sideways and break while I was at work. Tried to turn it on, all I heard was a buzzing sound so I threw it in the trash. Seriously? I still don't know how that happened. ANYWAYS, I thought I'd splurge on something MUCH better than that Walmart fan. Over $100 for a fan? Sheesh. But it's worth the money. Enter this beautiful smart fan with a surprising amount of air output for its size. I am very impressed! I can control the direction it moves, a fancy light in the back, the airflow speed settings, etc, ALL from the Dreo app? Wow. I don't even have to get out of bed because it has a remote control! It has excellent build quality is very sturdy. It has a weighted base which keeps it from toppling over. No more worrying about a random collapse incident. Dreo engineers made a good choice with the weight at the bottom. It took me around 15 minutes to put together and was very easy to install. I live in a house with old people who LOVE to keep the temperature at 77 degrees all year long. Even in the summer! That BAKES me, and I have no control over the thermostat. But this fan keeps my bedroom at a bearable temperature and I 100% appreciate that. The fan noise also helps me sleep and it's not too loud. Overall, I give this fan two thumbs up and 5 stars. 10/10 would recommend to a friend. ... show more

I use a fan nearly 24/7 365 days a year in metro phoenix. We might have a few weeks in January where it isn't needed for that added bit of comfort. I go through a lot of fans. I can't speak yet to the longevity of this fan, but its been a long time since a fan 'wow'd' me. The motor is so quiet. The breeze is so nice and has a lot of levels. Understand the overall experience of the fan is NOT silent. Air makes noise when it moves, especially through the blades and housing. That's physics and not something that can be eliminated, only minimized. But comparatively, the fan is the quietest I've owned. I'm hoping for many years with this fan. ... show more
